At first, I was very impressed with this company, but after the guy tried to sell me my seats that I had already picked with the airline for five $400 extra it made me a little suspicious. Everyone was good with this company except when they try to sell me the $400 Seat seats that I had already picked. I didn’t like that.

The airline canceled a flight, and UnderPricer re-scheduled my flights to accommodate.
They informed me of the cancellation as soon as it happened, asked me what I wanted to do, and made the changes with the airline.
Similar experience as with a traditional travel agent, but with a lower price. They also beat the direct airline price for the flight.

Got reasonably-priced tickets from this unknown Underpricer. Checked on airline website after buying and the itinerary was there. The booked flights happened and went well.
Underpricer tried to sell seat selection, baggage, insurance, etc like all ticket sellers, but called me to sell these, which was new.

Great price and more attention to ensure travel went well than you get from buying from the airline. .

I was worried about buying through an unknown third party but had a great experience. We booked a few months in advance so it was nice to get update emails that everything was on track. We got cheap tickets on a premium airline and were very pleased with the experience

I try to change my flight with 3 months before, and he say you don't have a option.....I don't recomand this agency...stupid agency...

the representative was very helpful to me with a technical issue. She assisted by sending me e tickets In a PDF format I needed to complete a visa application. She was very parltient and thorough. Much appreciated

Horrible customer support!
The airline changed the flight itinerary and I was given the option for a refund.
It’s been weeks since I’ve been waiting and sent tons of emails and WhatsApp and they are very unprofessional, not replying and when they finally reply they ignore all the emails I sent and ask what the outcome is.
I will never use them again and I highly recommend avoiding them

They have strung me along since Oct 10 when I paid them. They did not make the seat assignments - claimed a 'glitch'. I had to do it myself with the airline THE DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT in November. They won't refund my money - they have lied about sending emails and returned calls. I have probably been on hold - literally - 6 hours+ with no resolution or satisfaction. the company is a joke.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

And as usual, your reply was incorrect. You, underpricer, failed to make the original seat assignment that I picked and paid you for! Only after you strung me along for weeks did I finally go directly to the airline and get the seat assignments myself - which cost me more because your communication was so poor and lengthy. Your failure COST me. You also refused to credit me the correct amount for what you failed to do. BTW I still don’t have anything from you.

Well priced and easy booking. Support was timely and resolved a problem error. Michael and Norma were able respond quickly to my problem.

Emily was helpful polite and efficient. She was patient with me as this was my first time. I give her five stars. And she checked in afterwards to ensure all was well.

Deliberately advertised a flight, allowed me to confirm the booking, then contacted me to say that flight has changed price, but they have a "suitable" alternative. This 'alternative' was a flight that landed on a different date and had 2 layovers. Unaccceptable and to me looked like a bait & switch tactic which is illegal. They had me book my flight that I wanted, then said that one is not available but here's a more expensive option, knowing I'm more likely to say yes since I already confirmed my booking. Disgusting business practices.

I had a very complicated change request on a limited fare ticket. Their agents contacted me proactively by phone (no waiting on hold) after I submitted my request via chat and they also used WhatsApp as a communication tool I was very impressed.

UnderPricer was very helpful with all our travel needs. Sorting flight to sitting on the flights. When I needed questions answered on our travel they got back to me in no time. Recommended 100%
