Very good service
Very quick response. I bought 5 tickets but one of the passenger could not fly on Auf 3, 2025. My partial refund was processed for my Air NZ flight , from AKL-HNL even though my ticket was not refundable. Before my flight, Underpricer called to find out if I needed help

They are the scummiest company I have…
They are the scummiest company I have ever been forced to deal with. They allowed me to cancel my flight due to an illness telling me I’d be able to rebook another flight later without a penalty other than a fare difference. When it was time to rebook, this is the breakdown they provided:

This ends up being the total price of my flight so there’s no difference of me going through them or buying directly with the airline. $800 down the drain.
I really don’t understand how they’re still getting away with their fraudulent behaviour. They need to be shut down asap.

When I made my first ticket purchase through UnderPricer, I must admit that I was a little dubious because the deal looked too good to be true. In fact, I kept waiting for a problem, such as a cancellation or unstated cost. But no, everything proceeded without a hitch. I had no trouble checking in, received my confirmation immediately, and the entire procedure was quite simple. Shame on Kayak to work with underpricer
Was directed to this website by Kayak, price shown for the trip is $875, while trying to book it, a popup suggested a new price of $670 if i get a call back from underpricer. I did get a call insiating the price was $902.
Update after reading underprice response:
First, thank you to Underprice for responding. However, the reply was quite generic and did not address the core issue.
I want to clarify that I—and most travelers—fully understand how dynamic airfare pricing can be. We know that prices can fluctuate rapidly. That is not the issue in this case.
The fare in question is still available today for $871 on Kayak and can still be purchased directly from Underprice.com for the same amount.
The real concern is with the popup that appeared on your website, requesting my name, email, and phone number so a representative could call me with a "promotional price" of $670. Not only did the representative fail to offer that price, but she also quoted a fare over $900, which is even higher than the publicly listed price of $871.
At the time, I was already in the process of making a purchase on your site. So why display a misleading popup? This kind of behavior feels deceptive and scam-like.
If Underprice wants to be seen as a trustworthy and legitimate seller, then your practices should reflect that.

Flight pricing is highly dynamic and determined by complex algorithms used across the travel industry. These systems adjust fares in real-time based on several factors, including:
Time of day
Number of users searching or booking similar routes
Your location or device
Seat availability in specific fare classes
When cheaper fare classes start to sell out—especially during high-demand times—the system automatically shifts to displaying higher-priced ticket options. Until a reservation is fully confirmed and ticketed, prices can fluctuate up or down within moments due to demand, limited inventory, and other market variables.
In your case, we’ve investigated the issue and confirmed that at the time of final pricing, the fare was $934.21 per passenger (including all applicable taxes and fees). We understand this was different from what was initially displayed, but unfortunately, the price was not locked in before it adjusted.
While we strive to provide the most accurate pricing possible in real time, rapid fare changes—especially on popular routes—are something that can affect all travel platforms. We know this doesn’t make the experience any less disappointing, but we hope this explanation sheds light on how pricing works behind the scenes.

Good rebooking experience
Rebooking a flight can be painful and frustrating, but Clive worked patiently and skillfully throughout the experience. Even had a three way call with the airline at one point to clarify airline rules.

As some airlines only allow tickets booked directly from the airlines to access services at their site, it is hoped that your UnderPricer website should offer better services, like seat selection, indication of ticket classes booked and ordering other services for the flights.
