Great prices, very helpful staff and fast delivery

I initially just ordered the underfloor heating system for both upstairs and downstairs, but the independent fitter let me down last minute. I was desperate to get the heating systems laid as I had other trades waiting to come in. It was at this point I rang the shop to see if they knew anyone. Carl and Rob from the shop then said they would fit the kit. They were both absolutely brilliant. It took them three days and they didn't stop. What job from start to finish. I can not recommend Underfloor heating1 enough. The whole experience was brilliant. Thank you.

I emailed the company out of the blue after many years of purchasing and installing their UFH products. I needed advice on upgrading my thermostats. They replied to my email within 12 hours with the information I needed and the items I ordered were received within the next 24 hours. Excellent service.

The drawing and wiring diagram sent on time and well before your fitting it so don’t worry about fitting it because everything is easy once u got the paperwork. Well done Emma for your fast response 10/10.

Only annoying thing most kits come with transition boards, for large pipe runs, i have 14 runs of pipe.
AND NO TRANSITION, boards. Has now made the install a headache ,and couldnt put off the install frustrating As this would mean paying a reshedule fee for the flooring. So i am having to make my own pipe run channels.

Used this company before so had high expect which were met again. Good, proactive comms whilst designing the solution. Not installed the new system yet but the other 2 I bought a couple of years ago are working well so not expecting any problems
