No a great experience
Product looks good, time will tell, but unfortunately used their installation service. Installation was rushed . Manifold mounted way off level, self levelling not level and not shuttered properly. Pipes left a above level, Compound left in mounds and up door frames. Two tilers have said its too rough to tile on and will have to be re-levelled. Installers didn't clear up after themselves, took 2 runs to the tip the get rid of their rubbish.

We’re very sorry to read that you were disappointed with your experience, as this is never the outcome we want for any of our customers.
As soon as you raised your concerns about the raised pipes, we immediately returned and rectified.
In relation to the floor, the product used was a filling compound rather than a levelling compound. Its purpose is to fill any air gaps, not to create a completely flush surface.
Before we left, we also cleaned the garden with a hose, and the compound bags were left neatly stacked on a pallet (we did not price removing the waste into the job)
However, we did say we would return on the Wednesday with a larger vehicle to collect the remaining boards, as our initial vehicle was too small to take everything in one trip, when we came back to deliver a replacement relay, we found that the remaining items had already been removed.
The area around the manifold was particularly challenging to work in due to the existing waste pipe and the difference in height between the garage and the house, meaning space was very limited. Despite these constraints, we worked to achieve the best possible result.
We genuinely value all customer feedback and always do our best to resolve any issues when they are brought to our attention. We're sorry that, despite our efforts, you feel we didn't meet your expectations, and we wish you all the best.
