Service was great had no issues whatsoever

Unique designs, well made products, and fabulous customer support. All the stars!

Their product and it's execution was perfect.
Even as german customs threw me for a loop, by demanding duty on a duty pre paid product, they quickly refunded the amount with a cheerful email.
Love it!

Absolutely amazing quality toys, reasonably priced too! shipping was about a week faster than expected! highly recommend, definitely adding more to my collection soon

I had ordered a marble custom, the color option starts at £15 extra. This covered a solid color so I paid an extra £5 to get the glow option, and an extra £5 for another solid color that would look nice with the glow.

What I received is almost entirely solid color with two tiny spots of glow at the bottom. Like the dregs of silicone from another pour. Ugly pours like this usually don't make it past quality control and get sold as flops in other stores.

Since I had already opened the packaging I am unable to return it, there was no warnings on the packaging that stated opening it would revoke my right to do so. To compensate they offered a voucher for color options on my next purchase. There wont be a next purchase.

Update:
Seller said if I deleted this review they would send a 2 color replacement. 3 colours is seemingly too challenging to pour with artistic intent despite offering it as a service , it's also not what I paid for and pointless given I am already stuck with the first toy. They then offered a full refund, still only if I removed this review. Covering up a bad review is all this store cares about, not the laughable quality toys they're putting out.
This review will be staying up, your customers deserve to know what they're in for; toys made with no care whatsoever. Buy anywhere else.

Post-Reply Update: I don't know what they mean by the refund is yours because they still haven't refunded me.

I was going to order an oni grinder i saw from TikTok, but.. Changed my mind last moment. They were very nice, immediately cancelled, and refunded my money! I was sooo anxious about it, but it went as smooth as butter.

Product was perfect, and perhaps even more importantly - the team are approachable, kind, and responsive. Honestly the best customer service i think I've ever come across.

Clear and easy ordering, lots of fun options, good communication about make time and shipping time. Straightforward and affordable shipping to the US. And just really fun products. It was the first time I ordered a custom toy like this and it ended up so pretty

Products are great, but what's more important to me (since other companies with good products do exist) is the interaction I had with the people at UC themselves. As part of my order I had a mystery item, which btw, free mystery item in the order? Amazing promotion, was definitely part of why I chose them.
However there were some items I could get that I wouldn't be able to use, and that would just be a waste. So i told them what was up in the order note and not only did they accommodate it they actually sent something that fit my concerns better than what id have picked out for myself! 10/10 recommend

I am a repeat customer and it is because the quality and creativity from Uncover Creations never fails to impress me! Quality items, evolving selection, very customizable, and a community that leaves very detailed reviews to help you find what you’re looking for! Even when I have ordered during peak times and been in a long production wait, it still felt very reasonable for the quality and customization offered! And the email list is a delight to be on!

products are fantastic quality and are made and shipped in a timely manner. customer service is lovely and i will absolutely shop here again.

The product arrived ahead of schedule and is better than I expected. The order was easy to place and the information was very easy to understand. The material is excellent quality and I look forward to ordering from them again!

I really liked the quality of the product, as well as the customer service. I will definitely be buying from them again soon!

Great company, great products and fast delivery given they make everything on demand!

An easy to navigate website, simple checkout portal and regular order updates on production, packing and delivery!
The products themselves are made to a very high quality and beautiful choice of surprise colours! Fantastic company!

When I decided I wanted to start trying toys I decided I wanted something fun and colorful. After looking around, Uncover Creations gave me just that. The toy I received is absolutely gorgeous, appealing to the eye, And feels amazing to use. Beyond that, when I had an issue with delivery come up (not their fault) Uncover Creations was responsive and super understanding. It went from something that was frustrating me to an enjoyable experience. I can't wait to buy my next one 😉

Simply, yes.

Great product, amazing service. Quality was exceptional.

I recently ordered a toy that ended up delivered to the wrong address. I notified UC in the early morning their time and they responded by the afternoon and put the replacement at the top of the queue, shipped it the next day via Express shipping. By far the fastest response I have ever received. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I received my first order from Uncover Creations about 2 weeks ago and will continue to order from them! They kept me up to date with status emails from placing my order through it being delivered to my house (about 2 weeks) so I always knew the status of my package. The product I received is gorgeous , great quality, and feels amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase!
