Uncover Creations Bewertungen

My wife and I love their products and how you can customize everything about them. They are quick to answer any questions and we are super excited to have found them.

Everything perfect. Love the products

I received a product which was slightly damaged and sent the support a mail. I got an entirely new one and another item on top.
Mistakes happen and the customer support handled it perfectly.

Great product, quality and communication.

I highly recommend Uncover Creations, the customer service team are kind, informative and driven to give you the best experience possible (shoutout Melissa!) My order arrived promptly and the packaging was very discreet.

I had a great experience
UC has great quality, I also contacted customer service for something, and they got back to me so fast, I was amazed. Shipping to the US was really fast, and honestly 10/10 for me.

Fast dispatch, high quality product

We’ve had a great experience with Uncover Creations. Super fast delivery, above and beyond care with the order and just super high quality toys at great prices! Thank you

Great quality and very unique products. I’m very happy that I found Uncover Creations

This company is fantastic. Honestly. I really enjoyed the product I received. The shipping was quicker than expected, and the people there were super kind in their emails. 20/10 will be buying from Uncover Creations again!

Great products and friendly customer service!

They kept in touch every step of the process. Even though I bought a ready-made, I got a glimpse of how it would be if I had gotten something custom.

I love Uncover Creations! Their designs are so creative, everything from beautiful to 'what the hell is that monster?!' The toys I've bought are fantastic quality and the production and shipping time was surprisingly quick given that these are fully custom toys. The free mystery dildo offer is fantastic, I got a toy I wouldn't have chosen myself but I love it. The one thing to watch out for is double and triple check the sizing. Even though I looked at the sizes before I ordered, what doesn't look that big in numbers looks a lot bigger when it's in your hand (and other places)
Five stars, I'll definitely be back for more!

The website is clean and easy to navigate the profuct pictures and descriptions are really nice as well and over all it was just a great experience

First of all, I absolutely adore the emails from Chief Dildo Officer. So whimsical, so charming, I read them out to my friends over breakfast. lovely content. Secondly, the products, gorgeous pieces of art that i would decorate my home if my parents didn't visit regularly. For the non decorative purposes... to quote Eminem; 'wowzers! I just made a mess in my trousers!' (apologies). Lastly, Customer service was so sweet when i emailed enquiring about delivery as I was a little anxious. Fabulous

Great site with easy to understand navigation, fast responses, and great communication
