I have purchased a number of their products over the years for friends and family. Makes a perfect gift for all. I especially love that I can make fresh tea in one step by simply placing the tea leaves in the chamber, emerse the chamber into the pot and minutes later you pour the tea into the mug. Eliminates a two step process.

Wrong item was sent to me, i messaged customer service and they replied within a few hours and said theyed send me the correct item and i could keep the wrong one as a gift. What more can you really ask for when things go wrong out of your control. I must highly recommend from my experience. I’ve been using this matcha set for around 9 months now and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality and durability of each piece . The chasen ( bamboo whisk) has held up beautifully the bristles haven’t broken or warped It’s also very easy to clean and dries quickly without any signs of mold or wear .The sieve is sturdy and hasn’t rusted, even with frequent washing and daily matcha prep. The chawan (bowl) is one of my favorite parts of the set. It has a lovely, thoughtful design the speckled glaze and deep blue tone give it a calming, traditional look. The thickness feels just right in hand, offering a nice balance of sturdiness and comfort. It’s durable yet elegant, and the shape makes whisking the matcha effortless. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a spout but it doesn’t make it difficult to pour.
Overall, this set has been reliable, practical, and beautifully designed. It’s ideal for anyone who enjoys making matcha at home, whether you’re a beginner or someone who prepares it daily. I would absolutely recommend it for both its functionality and lasting quality.

I bought a tea tray from them which I use ritually on the weekends to start my day. I would drink tea while journaling. The quality is great and the tray is very easy to use and clean. I also love it due to the color of the wood. Shipping and packaging was well done. Thank you!

My husband gave me my Tea Set as a gift and I was absolutely thrilled. I have an extensive collection of Gong Fu tea ware that I use regularly, but this has become my favorite. It was my first "self pouring' style, and I found it works perfectly. Beautiful pieces, excellent quality and is exactly as shown in the website photos. Even though it was impeccably packaged with lots of protection for the pieces, one piece was chipped in transit, but UmiTeas very graciously replaced the correct piece.
