I ordered a radiator from them which…
I ordered a radiator from them which arrived with a big crack on the paint down the one side. This was a manufacturing fault as the packaging was intact. I asked for a replacement and instead they sent me a tippex bottle which made a further mess let alone it stunk the whole house and we have young kids here and I have asthma myself. They refunded me 15% because this was installed and they claim I’m not eligible for a new one! Well I had the installer here to install several. I did not know I had to go without heating till they respond to their emails. I do not recommend them!

We do advise that all items should be checked on receipt for any damage and before installation takes place. This is important as any issues need to be reported prior to fitting, as installation is considered acceptance of the product. We appreciate this can be frustrating when you have installers booked, but it helps us resolve concerns quickly and appropriately.
In this case, we offered a partial refund along with touch-up paint as a goodwill gesture, which was accepted. Following this, we’ve been back in touch and understand that the paint provided has been used to achieve a satisfactory finish.
If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss, our team is always happy to help.
