Great service
Great service, delivered within the time frame given, radiator seems to be very good quality. The only negative comment I have is the brackets to fit the rad to the wall are plastic so over time will become brittle and break

Great service, excellent price and a beautiful radiator.
I ordered a lovely brushed brass radiator from UK radiators, but quickly realised I’d ordered the wrong size. The lady on the phone, Amber was so helpful in amending my order. When I told her the specification and style I was looking for she talked me through my options, and gave me the product codes to quickly locate the items to view on their website.
My radiator arrived today and it’s gorgeous; exactly what I was looking for and great quality.
They have a huge selection to suit all needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend uk radiators to friends and family.

Great company with good product range, we ordered x3 black column tower radiators and although they were split into 2 deliveries a couple of days apart, both deliveries came and arrived safely.

Don't Order if you need anything Urgent
Ordered a radiator & paid for VIP delivery as I have a leak so needed it urgently. I'm now one week later & still do not have a confirmed delivery. After contacting ukradiators they say their courier has passed the delivery onto another local courier & I just need to wait for them to contact me. They will not even provide me the contact details.
I since found the contact details for DX logistics & managed to get the 3rd party details. I have since contacted them with the earliest delivery of Wednesday. This will be 10 days since the order was placed. To think I paid extra for delivery really is unacceptable.
Valves were out of stock but was guaranteed the radiator would not be delayed waiting for them.

This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide and we will arrange for your delivery charge to be refunded in full. As your order is with us, it is usually best to contact us directly, and we can liaise with the courier on your behalf as they are often only able to provide certain information to the account holder.
We will review what’s happened with the courier to help prevent this kind of situation in the future.
