I purchased a towel rail radiator it…
I purchased a towel rail radiator it was advertised as being chrome.
When it arrived it was chrome effect.
The paint finish cracked.
They have supplied a replacement the paint is so thin the paint wears off with mild cleaners.
I am getting pissed of with the poor quality.

Super quick delivery.....but!
Radiator arrived in super quick time but unfortunately all the fixtures & fittings that were supposed to be included didn't arrive with it!
Had to e-mail Customer Service as double Bank Holiday weekend & sadly no response as yet.

Good company to deal with
Very pleased with our new radiator, nice quality and It came very well packaged.
Unfortunately the valves I ordered didn't get delivered with the radiator but I got straight in touch with uk radiators and they replied quickly and said they would look straight into it as it was the fault of the courier. I then got an email letting me know they were sending me another set so all good in the end. It's good to have a human to deal with rather than the frustrating AI systems.

Very easy to navigate website. Bought a 1600x600 stainless steel heated towel rail radiator for my retrofit bathroom. Pleasantly surprised at very reasonable price. Delivered promptly within delivery date and was kept informed of tracking and actual time delivery within a two hour window. Very pleased overall with UK Radiators. I have yet to install it.
