Have used uk cheapest for around 15 years. They have been amazing. Any issue, you get a response very fast and any issue or support you need they offer without argument. Highly reccomend.

Not sure what has happened but it seems like you can't get any responses from support anymore.

My site is down and I have been waiting over 6 hours for a response and I am still waiting. They used to be very rapid, helpful and technically very good, something has changed.

Opened a ticket for an auth code, was talked down to in a feeble attempt to stop the domain being transferred away, and they then re-locked the domain so that it would fail again after giving me the EPP code and me asking them to ensure it was unlocked and any auth emails were responded to quickly. They're 'cheapest' for a reason. If you want professional support go elsewhere.

I have been with them for a while. i have had enough of their billing department. they have suspended my website on about 5 occasions as they say they have not received a payment from me. I have a monthly standing order which goes out to them monthly, not sure how they function! recently they raised their cost by £1.80 and didn't think to tell me. I therefore paid £1.80 less than the new required amount. Instead of informing me of this increase in price they suspended my site again for not making a payment. They have just done it again today despite getting my full payment. My friend who uses this company herself told me she has been getting the same trouble with them in recent months. If you want to lose business choose uk-cheapest!

I have had problems with accessing my Plesk desktop and now realise it was the shortcut I had created which was wrong. My request for help was responded to very quickly and I have regained access. I have recreated the shortcut which now works properly.

Update on our previous review, we are still using UK cheapest they have definitely improved there customer service we are still having some issues though hence the drop in a star.

Current issue is with there billing system, we paid for domain renewal, money was taken from the bank but they didnt update any of our domain renewal dates effectively saying we didnt renew them.

Ongoing issue over the Christmas period so hoping that it will be sorted promptly leading into the new year.

My advisor walked me through the process I needed to follow and my problem was fixed.

UK CHEAPEST is offering a real hosting services at a low cost. And the real benefit is the technical service they give, they answer your question quickly and with real professionalism. Compare to lots of other "bigger" companies who takes ages to sort out support they take the time to support you.

Configuration of email is usually a pain and setting up the IMAP client somewhat fiddly. The support from the help desk was excellent, informed and friendly. 10 out of 10
