Put the price up for my hosting without informing me then take the money out of my PayPal account but not the full amount so I owe them £18. I raised a complaint about the pricing and lack of communication and was directed to a place on the portal detailing domain increases not hosting. I asked to raise a formal complaint and they told me the accounts team would be in touch. I've had absolutely no contact with the accounts team and in the meantime within 2 days of my last ticket message they have suspended my account without notice. Absolutely appalling service. I will be moving all my accounts and domains to a company that cares. The basic hosting package is poor value for money now anyway considering what extras you get elsewhere for less cost.

I do prefer like most, if not all, to speak to a human representative of a company rather than bash away at a keyboard. It's quicker, more efficient and one has, inevitably, a better understanding. Text is notoriously easy to misunderstand. Having said this the chat system worked on this occasion, though a bit convoluted. The rep was friendly and helpful - thank you.

I had an issue uploading large files to my wordpress website. Thomas at UKC was able to investigate and resolve the issue very quickly for me.

Been using UKC for over 10 years and usually a great service.
Only difficulty can be working via the ticketting system where you cannot get a point across easily and the techs are not as switched on as you think as what to you may seem a simple enough procedure, can become messy very quickly through misunderstanding.
However, they do constantly work with you to get to the problem and eventually offer a resolution.
The responses can be slow and when your website / email is down, this may mean the world to you as a customer, it is not so important to them.
So be prepared for a little battle to get your point over but be assured, they will fix it in the end.

Always fast to reply to any technical issues and very helpful with resolving problems.

My account has been suspended due to too much mail .. what? No advance warning and now all email accounts are not working and website is down . Login to help desk no longer works and cannot get a response via Email / webmail. Absolutely awful .. business is at a standstill awaiting a response .

I have always found the support team most helpful, even when my lack of understanding must have perplexed them. Their ability to point me in the right direction is priceless, even if working through their suggestions is down to me only.

I made an error in the DNS which Keith at UKC sorted super quickly so the website is back working straightaway.

The new customer support processes at UK-Cheapest.co.uk are abysmal! Support and billing require you to log into an account before you can acess their service. If you cannot access the email you used to set up the account because they have put restrictions on it, UK-Cheapest just keeps sending an auto message sayng it does not recognise your substitute email. It then refers you to the same login process that doesn't work. No alternative telephone support and their online chat also cannot assist and refer you back to the same login process that does not work!

UK-cheapest.co.uk, going online does not mean not providing alternative access routes to your services. The customer experience is poor, poor, poor!

I've been with UK Cheapest for years. I very rarely need to contact them but when I do, service is always top notch.

The hosting is cheap but that doesn't affect quality, service and support. And that's where it matters. Why pay more?

My Certificate was updated on the same day. Very helpful.

Always a prompt and helpful response - even on new years eve 2021, the issue I had was resolved on the day.

I always get great service from UK Cheapest. In the space of half an hour Andrew from UK Cheapest support service has cancelled and redirected an old website, set up a new one for me with safety certificate and answered a fair few technical questions, all with patience, kindness and efficiency.
