Great company - we had an issue on the website when buying a domain and they solved it really quickly, and also proactively helped us with the website we were setting up.

Great support, giving 4 stars only because there is no way to contact them on the phone. The AI Chat bot is good - a bit more advanced than other sites. They resolved my issues quickly through the support ticket.

Very easy to set up a new domain and connect to our website. Cost is very competitive. Add ons like email forwarding are useful. Domain management website is very clear and simple to use. Invoicing is clear and concise. The service is reliable.
The company name is the only offputting thing about it.

Had a problem with a newly introduced two code authorisation. Support services quickly returned my ticket and sorted the problem. That's what you need when trouble strikes , a quick successful response.

I have used UK-Cheapest for my websites for many years and have always been totally satisfied both with the platform and the service I have received.

Just spent the last 2 days working through an upgrade to our website and found the instructions given very clear in what was at times a complex process.

A rare mixture of incredibly good value and incredibly efficient. Swift replies to queries and extremely competitive prices. Highly recommended!

I've used UK's cheapest for a number of years and the do what they say in the title... coupled with great service too.

Used to be a great service, used them for over a decade. Awesome support and terrific prices. Then everything quadrupled in price over a couple of years and I had to move all my customers elsewhere. Terrible shame

After losing all my website's file's by my fault in Plesk control panel. Posting a Ticket staff at Uk-Ckeapest.co.uk was glad to help me out and reinstall full backup file's strait away. Many thanks to all for fast reply and kind help.

A bit of struggle to get emails etc... Suggest to go with a domain more pro to manage this. Service has been a bit of scramble...

Absolutely terrible company to be involved with.There is no phone service to communicate with them only by AI bot which is useless . You go around in circles trying to get anything sorted . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. They are just taking advantage of trustworthy people. In this case the saying is definitely true “buy cheap buy twice “

This provider has a helpdesk with humans which takes a day to respond - UKC major problem is that any emails forwarded from their servers are treated as spam by Outlook.com and deleted - so you have to use a gmail account to receive any forwarded emails from UKC servers - this is something they do not admit to and have not been able to unblock with Microsoft

Been using UK - Cheapest, for over 15 Years, was a great services but a massive huge decline in services, i was forced to move my domains over to a bigger company which i never wanted to do, once im moved my domains over , I’m still getting invoices for those domains even though there not active in this domain host, says it all really, my account was compromised 4 years back, and it took them 2 weeks to gain control of active company domains, the advised me to setup a 2FA, and apparently even though I did , it wasn’t activated ? , shame really, great company but as always they get to big and customer services reduces.

After many years, we will be moving to another provider this year.
Multiple problems with email, and the cost! £54 to host one email address.

Easy to find a domain you may need, pricing very good and as a small team they are very helpful. Have used for a few years and even moved older domains over which was easy to do. Setting up forwarding emails or to your web site also easy to do. Very happy using them.
