I have used UK-Cheapest.co.uk for a long time (over 10 years) and I have always found them to be reliable and to respond very quickly to technical requests / support. Their customer service has been second to none and I have never needed to or wanted to move to another company.

UK-Cheapest has been delivering top-notch domain names and services to me for six years, and I can confidently say that their performance has consistently been exceptional. I have never faced any issues with them. Their pricing is highly competitive, and their support team is prompt in responding to any inquiries or problems I may have. I fully trust their services and recommend them without hesitation.

I have used this company for over 30 years, & relied on this service for supporting my role as a minister.
Recently I managed to corrupt my email password, & was unable to access my main email during the time of the Christmas time, which is a busy time for many people in need. I sent support a request to assist in resetting my password. I did not expect an early response, but within an hour. They had actioned my request and services were returned to normal. This just isn’t idiot proof.

I transferred several domains from another supplier as the hosting rate was much cheaper. However, I thought the payment was for a full year from transfer but they have charged me again after a few months.

Very reliable service and excellent value.

I use UK Cheapest to host a small web site for an impecunious club. I looked for low cost hosting, and found that UK-C offered a great deal. I didn't expect to get much in the way of tech support but what has surprised me is that UK-C offer excellent and responsive support, far, far better than most other tech companies. They're happy to answer novice questions and guide users to the best solution.

I have a few domain names I purchased with UK cheapest. I have never had any issues with them. Their dashboard is super easy to use, and I always get informed when my domain is due for renewal. Their prices are also very competitive too. Thankyou 😊

Great service, competitively priced

Fuming. I bought my domain a month ago. All fine, been having loads of junk emails from this site. After a month, they suspended my account --- Caused me issues with all my staff. Bang out of order

The pricing great, the support, great, cheapest Domain registry which i still have with the company. As for my website, thats another thing. the second it got to popular they demanded i transfer to another hosting service, that was just over a yr ago. Not the best idea you want from a hosting site that claims you are getting to much traffic.

The service has been robust and resolution when things have gone away quick. We do not use the system heavily but it is good for our needs.

They're not as cheap as they once were. They DID hold their prices for as long as possible (fair play!) but will have had no choice to raise them. Understandable as their overheads will have skyrocketed in recent years due to commercial energy prices, etc...
Saying that, they are STILL competitively priced and the customer service is great.

I originally started transferring a .com domain on 4th November. As required, I obtained the authorisation code from my original host and entered it into the transfer form on the UK-Cheapest website.

When entering the auth code, the website gives the impression that no further action is required. Only if you hover over the small help icon do you discover that an additional email will be sent to the registered domain email address, which then requires you to click a confirmation link. I never received this email — and more to the point, what’s the purpose of having a section to enter the code if it doesn’t actually do anything until you click a separate link? It’s confusing and feels completely pointless.

By the 9th, nothing had happened, so I contacted support to find out what was going on. When I still hadn’t received any meaningful update, I opened a complaint on the 11th. Eventually, I was told the transfer had timed out and that I needed to re-enter the code via a new link. I did this, and after some back-and-forth, my original host confirmed the transfer had gone through. I’m now just waiting for UK-Cheapest to update the status from “pending” to “transferred.”

Throughout this process, no one has apologised for the failed transfer or for ignoring my complaint. I’ve moved several other domains (.co.uk) with no issues, but this .com transfer has been unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. It could easily have been avoided with clearer communication, working systems, and proper follow-up.

Sadly, this experience shows that “cheap” doesn’t necessarily mean “good value” when it comes to customer service.

UK-Cheapest have been a very reliable company for me for more than 15 years. Support is generally very good and prompt. The only thing I do not like is not being able to pay via PayPal which is more convenient.

They don't help when problems with transfer occur. This is the second time a transfer from BlueHost has gone wrong. The last time two domains expired because I assumed the transferred has happened. There is no human contact, just an AI Bot with the IQ of a demented cat.

I created a ticket and asked:

"Any idea when the transfer will happen this time. Hadn't happened after a month last time. Been waiting a week so far and your AI Bot is no help, as usual."

They answered:

I've absolutely no idea what Andrew meant, the domain were still pending transfer according to UK-Cheap's Domain list
