Spoke to a lovely and friendly guy called Stuart. Very polite and clear communicator. He was able to talk me through the whole process of my order ie. What will happen next and when my order will likely be in the hands of the dealership, so they can make arrangements to deliver. I also had an opportunity to make a last minute change to the colour of my car too and this was noted to my account. An effortless journey and great customer service/care from Stuart. Thanks👍

At the moment im feeling frustrated
At the moment im feeling frustrated. Admittedly I made a mistake when placing my order and I called straight away, said I would understand if it couldn't be changed (it was a colour issue) and I wouldn't change anything if ir would cause delays.
The lady assured me it had been sorted and changed, great!
Next thing i get is an order with the interior in the original colour, so I questioned it and apparently they had no record of anything changing? I would have preferred to have just been told no if that was the case. Annoying but not a biggie, they still managed to change it, but the communication has been poor.
Originally the date to dealer was late march, then early april and its just changed to late april. When you ring tusker they cant give you any context, its been "awaiting final delivery checks" since the 21st march and according to the website this should take a week. Im confused about the date to the dealer being extended today as the dealer has already confirmed the car is ready to go...awaiting a "drivers pack", surely that shouldn't take weeks?
The communication could be much better, ive been so excited to get my car, very frustrating to keep having it pushed back with no information. Its a shame as I recommended to another colleague who purchased after me and has already had their car for over 2 weeks. Maybe someone forgot about me....

My car delivery date has been changed 7 times. At first, I was told the car would be delivered in mid-February, so I arranged to sell my current car from the last week of March based on that information.
Now I am left without a car.
I understand delays can happen, but repeatedly changing the delivery date is not acceptable. Each time I contacted them, I was told it is “not in their hands.” However, managing the dealer and delivery process is part of their responsibility.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service to others.

Extremely easy and hassle free
Extremely easy and hassle free. Spoke to order team to confirm lead times of my Porsche GTS and Katie from the order team was fantastic with the setting of agreed delivery dates. Tusker provides great value for salary sacrifice cars, if that is what you want, or you can keep your current car, however salary sacrifice includes insurance maintenance and taxes so it’s very good value indeed.

Polestar 4 - Repeated Failures.
My vehicle is approaching 1 year old and I have had it for less than half of that period. It has been off the road for over 5 months this time with Tusker continuing to take full payment.
My case continues with Tusker this week with a new ‘case manager’…
I was advised on the 1st April that I would receive a ‘full and final response’ from Tusker today, 8th April. What I actually received was a further holding response.
Tusker have the ability to terminate the contract without penalty, but continue to refuse to do so. The vehicle has had repetitive failures of the 12v system. It is not fit for purpose.
