I've not had to really do anything, all paperwork was done by my employer, and I've been kept up to date with proceedings!

The order and delivery has needed constant chasing since I confirmed the order and the licence check was done. The pricing between retailer and Tusker is manually managed and a lot of paperwork is involved after the order is placed. It takes weeks.
On the phone the AI agent is inefficient and a loss of time as security check don’t work.

The only thing that the team could improve on is to provide real images of the car (New from Stock) that the individual is buying. Stock images aren't that helpful and the spec is also generally stock information and needs to reflect the actual car.

Very simple to navigate the site. Quotes are easily generated and can be laid out for easy comparison.
The selection of cars is pretty substantial too.
Up-date information is quick and friendly. Got a call, from Sharon, who couldn't have explained or been any more helpful.

Yes, it has been a very quick service up to now. There wasn’t much waiting over the phone, the online booking was pretty simple and any additional problems were immediately dealt with over the phone.

I was handed over to the EV charger installation people very swiftly, they got in touch really quick and didn’t waste time getting their part of the process done and booking me in for an installation.
Now it’s a matter of waiting for the Vehicle really.

Accessing and searching for cars on the website for the first time was very straightforward. The information is clearly presented, and the overall process is simple and easy to follow.
Selecting a car is quick and hassle‑free, and the follow‑up communication via email is efficient and timely. Regular updates throughout make the whole process feel smooth and well managed, and the document request and upload process is clear and easy to complete.

The calls are always answered quickly and the team are always able to provide me with the answers that I need.

Nicole C went above and beyond to answer my query regarding driving in France. She explained clearly over the phone what I needed to do and followed up with an email containing the links I needed. Such a refreshing experience, given how often corporate interactions these days are often unhelpful and automated.

The process between the Orders & Delivery department and Quote department needs improving, changes where very difficult to make for something relatively straight forward. Saying that Lewis Denton was instrumental in supporting me make the relevant changes i wanted to my vehicle so 5 Stars for him.
