There was a mix up with my delivery, but the lovely dawn sorted it out for me and got it delivered that same day. Very pleased with the service and products.

Good quality grass, good service, prompt delivery

The technical advice prior to ordering was very helpful. The ordering was easy. Quality of the turf and root zone soil was great.

HUGE negative is the lack of communication for the delivery:
1) It came 1 day early, which sounds appealing, but when it arrives in the middle of a work-day without notice, it's quite problematic
2) I was not made aware how much space the driver would need to unload the pallets and access the back garden. They would have needed 6 ft wide corridors, which were not the case. Had to manually haul in 2 m3 of rootzone soil and 40 m2 worth of turf rolls from the street to the back garden.

I would recommend their product, BUT definitely call them to find out details about delivery/unloading requirements, and bear in mind that delivery may be earlier than your "chosen delivery date".

Excellent service. We picked up the turf ourselves and all the staff were really helpful.a leaflet explaining the does and don’t of Laying turf was supplied which was really helpful. We will be going back to get more. Really good value

The soil never appeared the day it was supposed to, when questioned turffit blamed the carrier despite the fact they had never given the bag to the carrier. They also did not call back to provide an update as they promised.

The company that does garden work for me put in flower beds with topsoil provided by you. I have now discovered this soil is FULL of corn spurrey, an agricultural invasive weed. I gather they have spoken to you and been told that we should expect some seeds in your topsoil. That's fair enough, but this is riddled with a weed that would never normally appear in a garden. We can't use weedkiller in our garden so now I'm stuck with an alien weed that is going to be very difficult to get rid of.

Purchased and booked a delivery date. Upon delivery and inspection, found the turf was full of weevil and larvae and so this was reported to Turffit alongside images of said weevil. No response received to date, therefore cannot recommend due to non-existent customer service. 6 weeks later, new lawn is full of brown patches due to the presence of weevils.

Fast delivery, dropped off exactly where needed. now growing really well.

Ordered up materials for job,asked that driver calls 30 mins before arriving to job.
Driver arrived at billing address and had to be re directed to sits address.
This was more hassle for driver than me,but if the information was given to driver this would not have happened .
Very happy with product and looking good.
