Very helpful on initial enquiry and placing order on line. I had a query and representative visited and gave further helpful advice including that I should wait and see if I needed to acquire turf. As it happened excellent advise and I cancelled order and they provided immediate refund. Cheerful and helpful staff.

Ordered one day and delivered 2 days later. Delivery on time, ordering process was simple and efficient, turf very good quality. Overall I cannot fault the company or the product.

Very happy with my new lawn. Turffit were excellent throughout. Through no-one's fault there was a delay getting my turf delivered. Turffit decided to cancel the original order and cut a fresh batch and delivered that same day. Excellent and will use them again. Instead next time i'll just get them to lay the turf as well!

Not very impressed at all. I ordered turf in June 2019 with specified delivery date for which I had gardeners ready to lay. The turf failed to arrive but after a call, Turffit manage to locate a surplus on a local housing development (Moyness) they had supplied so thanks to willingness of gardeners to go and collect all was good. A bit of hassle and I had to pay the guys a bit extra but solution was found and to be fair they gave me a free tub of fertiliser.

12 months on and I had a technical query regarding the turf - no big deal just uneven growth. I emailed with pics politely requesting any possible advice - nothing. So I phoned and got a helpful woman who passed me on to another woman (Dawn), neither of whom had read my email. Dawn suggested the problem might be ‘meadow grass’ but was unsure and wanted to speak with her boss. She also asked me to send more pictures which I did same day (June 6 2020). She said she’d get back to me next day - nothing.

Ever patient I called again today (June 12) and another nice woman on the phone. I explained and asked to speak to Dawn but she was with someone but she would call back as soon as she was finished - she didn’t.

I have worked out myself the grass needs watered and fed, but really the customer service from this company is shockingly bad. That combined with the failure to deliver the turf on the allocated day would lead me to advise anyone contemplating using this outfit to avoid. As a footnote my gardeners did advise me that the turf was cut too thin (hence the number of rejects they had) and it is likely that this has contributed to the problem I have now..
