Etan is great. He is patient and is willing to go step by step to walk me through any questions I have, and then take his own time, when needed after we get off the phone, to 'clean up' any 'messes' I may have made when I tried to figure things out on my own (before calling him for help!).

We are new to TUIO, but we've felt supported every step of this set up and onboarding. We are just a small business but feel the personal touches and investment from TUIO staff and they are much appreciated! Amy visited our site and showed genuine interest in our little school!

They buying experience was good. The people I spoke with at TUIO were very helpful and patient. After the purchase, customer service was there to help with any questions that I had in regard to set up and getting things started. It will take a little bit to get used to the new software, but I am excited to find out and experience all of the benefits that TUIO has to offer.

TUIO is getting better and better with each rendition as they are most definitely listening to their customers' needs. I'd say it's pretty intuitive online software to get up to speed with and now that we've got al our families paying tuition with TUIO, it's greatly helped us keep track of tuition payments and we rarely have overdue payments now. The support is speedy and stellar and I've enjoyed working with Oren, TUIO's Chief Operating Officer, over the last several years. He's always willing to help quickly when we've had an issue or a question. The only issue I think we've ever had, is when we first came aboard, we were trained by a French-Canandian trainer and a few of us had difficulty understanding his accent. But it looks like that training issue has been solved. Overall, we are very satisfied using TUIO's Tuition Management system and highly recommend TUIO to any organization needing to simplify their tuition payment process.

Time saving !
At this time of receipts for tax purposes, no problem with tuio. The system is doing all the calculations and easy for me to just click send and all the clients receive their receipts. It'd have taken me days to complete receipts for all my over100 clients!

I love Tuio! It is very easy to use and has helped me save a lot of time in the area of administrative work. They are quick to respond and help whenever we reach out. Parents can access their own accounts to see what payments they have made and can update their own payment forms when needed. Administratively, we can easily check what payments are missing or if any payments have come back as NSF.

The system has certainly reduced the time it takes for parents to enroll; however, it seems that the billing is either not set up properly on our end or it is the way it is. We previously used to put through the charges ourselves and we had that control. Now, parents have the onus on deciding when to pay. This way, my admin has increased. Again, it may just be that we have set it up incorrectly
