To clarify, we conducted a dedicated onboarding and training session on December 5th, 2023, within a week of your sign-up. During this session, we discussed various strategies for launching your project and provided detailed instructions for the next steps. We also arranged an additional session on short notice before the holiday season.
To assist with your 2024 re-enrollment, we prioritized your project and replicated your enrollment forms within a single business day from receiving them. Our team also invested considerable time preparing spreadsheets to help import your families onto the TUIO platform. However, this import process wasn't completed on your end, which meant the time we spent preparing couldn't contribute to your project's progress.
Based on our records, your re-enrollment is scheduled for February/March 2024, so you're right on track. Even if you need a little more support from our team, we're here to help you get things done.

I had a decent experience with the people, but now I have this product that I can't actually use (the billing set up does not work for my facility). I tried to cancel and the company would not reimburse me, and I have to pay for 3 full years despite never being able to roll it out to parents.

Hi Leslie Erin, we don't offer a free trial. After your onboarding session there was no indication that you were having struggles. We are available anytime to help you post-onboarding, including unlimited training and support when needed. We have several daycares in Alberta using TUIO to great success so I'm not sure where the notion you can't use us for billing is coming from. You had been contacted by the billing department to explain the ramifications of cancelling the contract early. I've contacted you personally to discuss things and hope we can resolve this to where you are a long term client enjoying TUIO.
