The new system when collecting is not…
The new system when collecting is not working. It took several attempts to key in my order number then had a long wait to get my items although there were very few customers. While waiting another customer got her items immediately

Great school uniform
I ordered some cycling shorts, school trousers and skirts for my daughter. The skirts were too big but everything else was great. It was easy to return the skirts to Argos in the Sainsbury’s store.

Big barn jacket
I ordered a size 14 jacket but it was too big. So I ordered a smaller size and waited to see if fit before sending size 14 back. I’m over the moon with the jacket as it was in the sale. Bargain buy. There was no hassle returning the bigger size. Refund was very quick. Great service.

Waiting for refund
Returned two items from my online order the day after I had collected them as I knew that my grandson would not like the material. I am still waiting for my refund. I have done a messenger chat, visited store and phoned and I have still not received my refund.
