Would not recommend shopping online
I usually only shop in store. This time I ordered online as they did not have my size. When the item came it has marks all over the front pocket. It looks like bleach. I contacted them via chat to ask them to arrange a replacement. I was told it would cost me £3.50 to send it back which is wrong when it is a faulty item. There is no email to complain to. Just Facebook chat which when you search brings up a bunch of obvious scammers.
I like the clothing and think it's decent value, but I would never order online again as they take no ownership to resolve any issues.

Hello, l was wondering why you do not sell dress and skirt that fit women 5ft 2in - 5ft 4in all are to long it was the same last year, we are not all giraffes, that is discrimination on small women.
I would like to buy more items but you just can not get it.

Great service
I recently ordered 2 sets of TU pyjamas, and the quality is very good, soft, and nice feeling on your skin. The pyjama I received is size medium, but it was my fault. I went to the store to return my order and purchased the pyjamas in size small there. Very glad I did. Also, I would like to mention that the delivery was pretty quick.

Where is my order
Where is my order. Order placed online via the Argos website on the 15th May email confirmation said would be ready to collect from my local store on the 16th May. No order has arrived and everytime I call and speak to someone I’m told it’s still within the collection window. How can a collection window start when no items have been delivered. Taken my money and giftcard I used for the purchase and no items to show for it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Will not be shopping online with Argos/tu for clothing again

Trousers dirty
