Fantastic online shopping experience.
Easy to do online searching for shopping. Lots of variety and choice and best of all, great prices. Very good delivery service to local Sainsbury’s for us to pick up. Cannot fault Tu clothing.

Customer service let down!
Among my order should have been a two pack of vests...only one of the vests arrived...Customer service advised that I needed to take it to Sainsbury's/Argos in order to get a refund. I explained that I was just out of hospital and could not drive, but was advised that it was the only way I could get a refund.... return taxi fare twice the cost of my refund! Not impessed

Stock issues
Have placed quite a few orders for childrens clothes over the last few weeks and have noticed items are showing as in stock but upon ordering within 24 hours items are being refunded because of stock issues. Spoke with customer services over Facebook and was told the item was out of stock and to keep checking for when it is back in stock. Problem is these items are showing as in stock so how can i check? Customer service didnt seem to understand my issue which was no help at all. I would advise TU to sort their website glitches as this is quite frustrating when placing orders and not knowing if i will receive the full order

Not good
I have never experienced such bad customer service. I returned a dress that was faulty via the QR code sent to me. This was collected on 11th July. After lots of phone calls and promises that the money will be refunded in 5 working days I still have not received the full amount only a part payment. Now they are saying that they haven’t received the parcel? And hanging up or leaving me waiting and not getting back.
I order from lots of companies who have always been sympathetic if I had a problem and resolved it quickly. But not this time.

Tu had what I wanted
Tu had what I wanted. I used to be loyal to another retailer who no longer make what I want. Tu sell a perfect match and at a much cheaper price. The order process was easy and the goods are perfect. Very pleased

The new system when collecting is not…
The new system when collecting is not working. It took several attempts to key in my order number then had a long wait to get my items although there were very few customers. While waiting another customer got her items immediately

Great school uniform
I ordered some cycling shorts, school trousers and skirts for my daughter. The skirts were too big but everything else was great. It was easy to return the skirts to Argos in the Sainsbury’s store.
