Triplebyte was indispensable in helping me secure a job, especially as an overseas applicant. The most important part was arranging the logistics so that I could do as many interviews as possible in as short of a time as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I like how systematic the whole process is. The level of commitment of the talent manager and professionalism is outstanding.

Great selection of companies, well designed process, and they did a good job of understanding my strengths and weaknesses in the quiz and interview process they did during their own screening. They also stay very involved and help the whole time, even helping in things I didn't even know I needed help with, but turned out to be much needed.

Triplebyte has been a fantastic experience for me. It was streamlined from the get-go, and I could tell the product experience was designed to get me a job as fast possible. Very structured and transparent process. Lots of interesting startups.

Before working with Triplebyte I had read a little about them on hackernews and elsewhere, so I had a decent idea what to expect, but the process was better than I expected. I live in a city that's not included yet, so I was only really interested in remote positions, so I didn't have really high expectations of getting a match. After the interview, they matched me with dozens of companies that were hiring remote positions, and I ended up taking a job with a company that has a distributed team, but also happened to have an office where I live, so I get the best of both worlds!

The interview process is pretty painless (although you still have to go thru the onsites for each company, which are usually long and much more disruptive to your schedule), and both the interviewer and my "talent manager" were very professional. In general, Triplebyte exceeded my expectations on every metric. I would recommend working with them to any developer I know: you have nothing to lose!

I started using Triplebyte around August or so. I passed the coding quiz and later the interview. I happened to take the interview around the time there was a bug in their system and nobody got back to me until around early in November. From there the process went pretty quickly. I was connected with 10 companies, I talked to all of them, made it to 4 onsite interviews, and got an amazing job offer with a company that I wouldn’t have heard of if it weren’t for Triplebyte. As a developer I highly valued their service.

Even if you don't get a job through Triplebyte, going through the exercise is definitely worth it. I discovered and networked with great companies I previously did not know about, became more interview ready via their Quip article/blog posts, and I now have a funnel for getting leads on future opportunities. TripleByte have professionally organized the interview process. If interviewing was a part of your day to day responsibilities you would quickly realize that it is a fairly involved process that requires careful consideration.

The TripleByte team obviously have this experience, and they were able to distill it to essential components and streamlined it well.

That process is much better organized than in any company I've ever worked for.

Triplebyte was amazing! The active / fast-track process makes you feel like a celebrity because (1) you get a "manager" that helps you through the process, (2) you "debut" and "go live", then suddenly all these companies want you, and (3) the whole process is expedited and companies apply to you instead of the other way around.

Triplebyte's talent managers were super receptive, and the organization of on-site "superweek" was smooth. Also, it was really great being able to skip the technical phone screen of all the companies I applied to through Triplebyte, drastically cutting down the time I would have needed to get through not only a resume screen but also a technical phone screen with multiple companies.

Overall, amazing experience and would definitely do it again if I need another job.

My own efforts job searching mostly lead nowhere but once I started with Triplebyte progress was very quick. Triplebyte was very organized and gave me exposure to a large number of companies that were hiring. I spent a week+ getting pitches from companies and following that I set up a solid week of inteviews. The result was 3 offers from 3 great companies. Triplebyte also assigned me a guidance coordinator to guide me through the process from interview preparation to offer evaluation and negotiation - adding additional comfort thoughout the activities.
I had such a great experience working with Triplebyte that I am inclined to say that every software engineer should go the Triplebyte route when interviewing. Highly recommended.

Triplebyte is amazing! It is a personalized recruitment platform that was designed with the candidate in mind.

Students are given constant feedback about their performance and resources to help them succeed at each step. If they make it past Triplebyte's final interview, candidates are even matched with a Talent Manager, who serves as a general guide/mentor throughout the remainder of the recruitment process. From there, candidates complete a questionnaire of what company profiles and roles they are searching for. Companies proceed to reach out to candidates to setup calls solely with the intention of assessing the candidate as a culture fit and providing an opportunity for the candidate to ask all the questions they may have. If that goes well, the candidate advances to an onsite interview, after which the company motions whether to the accept the candidate.

Each stage of Triplebyte was so intentionally designed and I felt that I had an unwavering companion with which I could navigate the daunting and uncertain job search.
