Great onsite experiences

Once I clear triplebyte, I went on sites with extra confidence. Though I have good experience on being both sides of the table, I still get very nervous and anxious about being interviewed. The Triplebyte review really helped me in gaining extra confidence as I already won half the battle. Interviewers know my strengths and weaknesses already and I can focus only on my strengths.

I stumbled upon Triplebyte during a time of my life where it was very much needed. I was skeptical at first but the process ended up being very smooth all the way! My talent managers had been very helpful and resourceful throughout the process all the way up to the offer stage. Ended up doing 8 onsite interviews which was 7 more than I'm used to doing during a search! It was challenging, but I felt supported and prepared. From my point of view all companies seemed like a great potential fit, and so I felt very well matched. Fast and Efficient. Finding a job using Triplebyte was very easy and surprisingly quick. The turnaround time from technical interview to offers from companies was around 7 - 10 days. I do not have an academic background in CS so I was a little worried about being a good fit for this service. That was not a problem. Incredibly smooth process!

The whole process, from completing the interview to accepting an offer, took about 6 weeks. I was immediately given a ton of interesting companies to consider and worked closely with a super friendly talent manager throughout the full process. I would really encourage anyone considering getting a development job to go through this process as they are super flexible and understanding and the time saved alone in locating companies and shortening interview processes is invaluable. They have a variety of interview options to choose from so you can most closely show your strengths and select the company and position that's correct for you.
