Amazing service. If you're a developer and you're not using Triple Byte you're missing out :D

The overall experience working with triple byte was pleasant. From the tech screening to onsite interviews everything felt organized and catered towards helping the candidate through the process.

Came to Triplebyte not expecting much, but left with a fantastic job. Honestly was impressed with the process the whole way through.

Triplebyte is a fantastic service. They are incredibly helpful and offer more than the job opportunities you came for. They give negotiation advice, send you nice gifts throughout the process, and are available whenever you need help or want some advice.

It was awesome to get placed in front of companies I wouldn't have found on my own AND to skip directly to on-site interviews.

TripleByte is the future! After my experience with the company, I do not foresee myself looking for Software Engineering jobs anywhere else.

I've used several other platforms (Angel.co, Hired, Indeed) but none are on par with TripleByte.

What sets them apart:

1. Their two hour long technical interview assesses how well you program, debug, understand low level systems, and design software architecture. It gives a much better picture of an Engineer's ability than any one of the multiple technical interviews that most engineers subject themselves to while job hunting.

2. Their talent managers are very responsive. They are with you every step of the way whereas with most other platforms they wait until you get an offer.

3. The platform is excellent. As a software engineer, it's great to see how TripleByte has seamlessly integrated third parties into its platform (onboarding, scheduling, travel logistics).

I am based in Australia and I was able to find a job in California through Triplebyte. Triplebyte paid for my flights to the US, accommodation and transport so I could do my onsite interviews. My Triplebyte talent manager was really helpful and I received guidance along the way including negotiating a package. Highly recommended!

Had great expirience with TripleByte. Online quiz and assessment are legit and designed really well. Platform helped introducing lot of companies, and skipping phone interview helps saving lot of time. Advisor also guided me how should I schedule all my onsites over 2 weeks. She also gave rubrick for company evaluation on different factors. It's amazing platform, and will definitely use it again in the future

Triplebyte offers a great way for Software Engineers find a new job. The service and feedback is excellent, and they guide you on things to do at each step. I managed to connect with many great companies in a large variety of industries through their process. In the end, I managed to get many onsites and offers with their help.

I really enjoyed the journey with TripleByte while looking for my new job. Everything was smooth and predictable. I got an honest and VERY detailed feedback after the initial TripleByte's interview, which is very helpful in itself considering what kind of interview feedback you usually get from companies.
TripleByte handled logistics for me (awesome hotel, Uber vouchers etc.) during my interview week, which is actually very nice and lets you focus on the interviews.
I would definitely use the service in the future myself and recommend it to anybody who is looking for a tech job at top companies.

Great way to do less coding/phone screens

Triplebyte was a great way to eliminate the large number of repetitive engineering code challenges and phone screens up front. The only downside for me was that they don't work with companies in Chicago.

Pros:
- Many good companies recruiting through Triplebyte
- Interview for Triplebyte is very broad and is good preparation for future interviews in itself
- They pay for traveling to on-site locations

Cons:
- Not that many positions suitable for new grads yet

The platform was a great way for me to gain face time, and a job, with many startups, most of whom I'd never have found by myself! I really enjoyed the quiz and the matching process as I felt they accurately highlighted my strengths.

I had a great experience with Triplebyte. The technical interview process with them was challenging, I failed at first and had to retry. I got good constructive feedback and then passed it later on. After I got onto the platform it really helped streamline the process. Companies reached out to me, I lined up 4 on-sites pretty quickly, got two offers, and my talent manager gave me great advice on how to negotiate.

They do a good job of getting me leads and following up on them. The interview hurdle was rigorous, but I got over it eventually.

I ultimately ended up finding a job through another pathway, but Triplebyte's feedback was *insanely* valuable in this process. Their interview is thorough but not nerve-inducing, and comes with many paragraphs of specific, actionable feedback, which allowed me to focus on my weak areas and relax about my strengths.
