Great experience using this company they are quick to get it all booked in for you and amazing customer scervice from Sam!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Misrepresentation and coercive sales tactics.

The voucher I purchased via Wowcher was advertised as a 4-star hotel stay with breakfast included. However, I was later offered a 3-star hotel with no breakfast, along with additional costs for flights.

The deal was presented as a fixed-price holiday package including flights and accommodation. After purchasing, I was told I would need to pay extra for flights (from an airport not listed in the original advert) or change my travel dates, which significantly increased the overall cost.

When I attempted to cancel, I was redirected to the merchant, where I experienced high-pressure sales tactics. I was told that flights I had independently found at a lower price were “incorrect,” yet I was ultimately booked onto those exact same flights at a higher cost. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information I was given.

Most concerning, I was not allowed to end the call until I sent an email confirming I was “happy” to proceed, without being given a proper opportunity to review or consider the terms.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I have not received any formal written response to my complaint. If this is not resolved by Friday 27 March, I will pursue the matter further, including reporting it to Trading Standards and seeking legal advice.

I dealt with the gentleman called Andy. He has really amazing customer service skills and he also very patience in understanding customers' requirements.

Do not use this company unless you are prepared to be ripped off.
Horrendous customer service and even worse manager Sean you basically tells you tough luck - you should have read terms and conditions.
Check out their Facebook page - they have removed all bad reviews since February including mine left last week.
I was one of the lucky ones who did my homework and managed to get a refund from Wowcher due to breach of conditions. Travelolo would not budge despite being the company not providing the service advertised.

Still no refund after buying a holiday that doesn’t exist

Got an email from Wowcher admitting they received an email from Travelolo for falsely advertised a room only 4* hotel as a 5* beach holiday half board. And still no refund after completing a refund form to Travelolo. Both company’s are signposting me to each other but nobody is taking accountability. For holiday order number 51241906 costing £987.99! A lot of money, not quite a £20 afternoon tea.

Sam has been excellent help with our trip to Budapest. Everything was organised and allowed for seamless travel. Even down to ringing us in the early days of enquiry to discuss better flight options to enhance our trip. We will be using him again for future breaks.

Would put 0 if I could. Absolute SCAMMERS. Had an absolute nightmare with this company. Trying to downgrade the holiday for MORE MONEY, not offer the advertised holiday at all. I kept asking for a refund, outright refusing. Trying to offer other holidays I am not interested in for MORE MONEY! Going back and forth the last week, getting nowhere. I have not agreed to the alternative rubbish, yet they send emails saying the booking is confirmed. I am contacting fraud action, the ombudsmen, the police etc;. What a nightmare.

Voucher TD3YS9-C8N9MK. Agent 'Sam' demanded an extra £120 on top of the Wowcher price. I formally rejected this and requested a refund on 27 Feb. I have been ignored for 14+ days. This is a breach of Package Travel Regulations. I am now initiating a bank chargeback.

Sharon was absolutely amazing. She truly went above and beyond to find the perfect booking for me at the best possible price. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to make sure everything was just right. I’m so grateful for her help. Absolute s**show from start to finish. Booked and then was told I'd only booked 1 person, so paid extra
Got to Dover with car and passenger to be told they'd booked us as foot passengers. Didn't answer phone for ages, we ended up paying a fortune for car to complete our holiday. Most unhelpful when we did finally get through. Just hope when we get to destination the hotels actually been booked. Advise to avoid at all costs, it's not worth the stress.
