Disappointing service
I booked plane tickets to Paris, only to be notified less than 24hrs later that the seats were no longer available. The customer service advisor offered a similar flight which would cost an extra £200 as well as a £120 admin fee even though I was not at fault- would not recommend

Wasted Space and Time..Extortionists
I had my booking go through and payment collected as seen from my credit card debit. However the site seemed to go into a freeze with a wierd box giving me a Booking refernec number and a Box asking me to fill up my details all over again for them to call me back>
No confirmation window or email
The frozen window says I should het my email in 15 minutes.. and nothing arrived
I call back and the guy says he is checking and will call me back.. Unprofessional and Worrying
Finally I had a guy haggling me to pay another top up amount, which I refused. Fellow tried nonsense techniques ..which I told him to stuff it...Finally left hanging with credit charge and a 5 day reversal waiting period for nothing..
Wasted space and time in this era on ebusiness...

As a result, your booking remained incomplete following the fare rejection from your end.

Our executive reached out to offer you the best available fare at that time; however, as you chose not to proceed, the booking was not confirmed. A refund will be processed to you within 72 hours and should reflect in your account accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
