I was a bit unsure whether to get trainers from here but placed my order anyway on the 10th December as they were to be a Christmas present, I was told my parcel would arrive 23rd/24th december and unfortunately they didn't arrive. Tracking didn't update and was stuck on with sender for quite some time, every time I contacted trainer factory they were very helpful and answered any questions I had. Yodel were meant to deliver my trainers yesterday but didn't, i contacted the delivery driver and told me he has so many parcels and will deliver tomorrow, they have just arrived today (31st December).. They took longer to arrive then I had hoped but I got my parcel and absolutely thrilled with them. Thank you Trainers factory.

These trainers are unreal!!… just received a pair of Jordan 4’s Military black… so so nice and as promised they came when they said they would come. These were for my daughters 16th birthday and she is made up… totally recommend purchasing- thanks again Trainerfactory 🙏🏼❤️

Ordered some Jordans for a Christmas present, unfortunately
they didn't arrive in time, but this was not the companies fault, it was due to the Christmas strikes etc. Their customer service team were great and kept me updated, answering all my questions promptly.
The trainers look great, my teenage son is so happy with them, and a great price too.
Would definitely use this company again.

Placed my order on the 14th of December , received a message on the 17th of December the parcel has been dispatch , and I have received my parcel today the 29 of December .I was not expecting that today.First time, I m so happy.I will definitely use the web again

At first I was contemplating whether this is a good website after purchasing a pair, as the delivery time was very long and the tracking app wasn’t working either. Despite the long delivery I received them today. I’m very satisfied with the shoes. But obviously the extended delivery and the emails I had to send was tiring. At some point I thought it was a scam. But thankfully it’s not!

Ordered on 10th December. Sent numerous emails to the company trying to establish if they would be able to deliver before Christmas. No answer. Trainers received today but too late as I had to buy something else for a Christmas present. Company are now not allowing access to their online returns label and not answering live chat or emails to allow a return. Absolute rubbish customer service. Would NOT recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago. i paid for 3-5 day shipping, so as anyone would i contacted them about this issue. I asked for a refund as i’m clearly not getting the shoes and they replied with “why do you want a refund” i explained and have had no reply, shocker. I should of trusted the reviews, don’t make the same issue i did. Save your money and time and do not order from here. Contacting my bank straight after i’ve wrote this review!!

They have avoided any queries. And in ten minutes on line after I started to complain my order went from
Out for delivery then still at depot then delivered (all in 10 mins)
When I rang the so called delivery driver he said he was in Edinburgh and I’m in Cornwall.
Plus the picture they sent was a completely different order no. To mine so they used someone else’s delivery status.
They are an otter scam. All the good reviews they have on here they have done them selfs.
They are scammers

Well what a relief i read some of the bad reviews regarding this company causing my self a very stressful xmas …. the only thing fake is the people who write so many lies.
i received both pair of trainers most defo not fake !!! perfect and the admin staff kept me constantly up to date, will be using this site for my boys trainers from now on .. EXCELLENT company .

WITHOUT a shadow of doubt and without any hesitation this ‘company’ have provided me with the worse service and after service I have EVERY received from any retailer in my entire life. If you purchase from this ‘company’ after reading this and the many other negative reviews (unfortunately I only looked at their reviews after my terrible experience), then you ONLY have yourself to blame!

I ordered on 9th September and despite reassurances after reassurances that I would receive my Sons main Christmas present (£150 trainers) in time for Christmas, I did NOT!

They have absolutely NO control methods in place, they DON’T know at any given time where an order is in their processing system (probably because they have NO process), THEIR customer service people just lie (they blatantly promised I would receive my order in time for Christmas and I did NOT - they had from 9th December to do so), they are extremely rude when you question them, they will avoid at ALL costs to issue a refund (even after 18 days of failing to supply an item you have paid for in good faith).

Please, please DO NOT use this company; particularly if your purchase is for a special occasion because the chances are, that they will most definitely let you down and cause you embarrassment, they will lie, they will frustrate the hell out of you, they will make accusations about you to deflect from their poor service (instead of just apologising and trying to rectify the problem), they will blame their carrier’s and they will avoid refunding you (even though legally, once their delivery date has expired and the goods haven’t been received, they should!).

I feel so strongly about my experience, that I will be sharing my correspondence (the rudest respondences from a company to a customer ever!) with the Trainer Factory with every governing body possible….. this ‘company’ should NOT BE IN BUSINESS and they definitely won’t be getting any more custom from me ever AGAIN!!

Also, despite them trying to make you believe they are, there is absolutely NO WAY they are a UK based company….. their whole company structure and service is a lie! DO NOT USE THE TRAINER FACTORY!

My sons trainers arrived this morning and he absolutely loves them, great quality, look amazing and well worth the wait. I can’t fault the communication and updates from the trainer factory during the delay in delivery because of Yodel.

Brilliant genuine site that delivered an authentic pair of Nike Jordan 4’s! My son was a little reluctant for me to order as the prices were so competitive but he was shaking in excitement as he opened the box to reveal a stunning genuine pair of Jordan 4’s! The communication with Trainers Factory was also excellent. I will be ordering all trainers from here going forward! Brilliant customer service with excellent product choice and availability.

This company is useless, ordered for them way before Xmas for my son which never came in time. Not even the trainer factory company knows where my parcel is! I’ve requested a refund now! Warning do not use them!!!!

Still waiting for trainers i ordered 12th December. Tracking says still with sender. Looking at the reviews its the same tracking number. Update trainers arrived but wrong ones. Son is in tears! 😡

Paid for order. 1 month later no trainers no response. It’s a scam. They don’t have the stock!!

Expect long delivery times!

No tracking. No trainers. No customer service. Scam? Possibly. Will try to get a refund and update.

Update: Spoke to Yodel 24/12 - parcel has never been received by them. Trainersfactory is fobbing off with "majority of customers" should get items delivered today. Which when taken in context, implies that they are just lying to try to get us to leave them alone today.

Further update 24/12: The company refuses to give a direct answer to a question. They have deflected all day long.

Update from them 27/12 after I've asked for a refund..."Trainers Factory
We are not cheaters. If we had to. So we don't talk much with you or any customer. Customer is first for us. We understand. The parcel has not been updated. We are also under a lot of pressure. We want. All customers will receive the parcel as soon as possible. But it has been delayed due to affected orders. Then on Christmas the workers on the off. This is our try effort. you will receive asap. We are ashamed of ourselves. This is your first order. And so it happened."

I want my money back as no product has been provided. I have asked numerous times for a refund and that has been ignored every time.

There latest response as they refuse to refund "Well, you can go to the Trading standards and also call the police and if possible please complain to the British Army and request to explode on our property"

Disgusting company.
