Delivery time takes a while but the shoes do arrive. Ordered from here quite a few times now

I ordered trainers on 7th December and on yodel site they have sat since the 17th emailed warehouse and kept getting told not to worry they would be delivered by Christmas arrived tonight and they are real brilliant quality and £150 cheaper than the shops

Company is a joke don not use, paid £150 for a pair of trainers for my sons Christmas present was told it was shipped on 13th of December checked yodel tracking and they say parcel is still with sender, contacted trainer factory who insist the parcel was despatched on 13th they have a comment on there website saying due to strikes they are using yodel to stop delays yet here we are day before Christmas eve and still no parcel. Its not like I could afford to go by another pair with not having a £150 spare or time. So now I have to explain to my son on Christmas day that he is missing a present. I never normally write bad reviews as I have my own business, but if I treated my customers like this, I would expect to out of buisness by the end of the year. Now put a klarna complaint in for my money back as I clearly am not going to recieve my item.

Update 28/12/22 I've spoken again with Yodel whom the company say they use and they have confirmed this item has never been sent they have given me screen shots to show that a booking was made yet the item was never actually recieved by them, they have also provided me the company name which made the booking and this is not the trainer factory proving again that this company is fake. I have escalated this with klarna who say they will raise an international investigation but it could take a while thankfully I have some protection with them as I paid via them but anyone that didn't I would now advise you contact your credit card company and request they raise an investigation also.and for those that paid by bank card I'm sorry to say you have probably lost your money.

Ordered on 9th still not received was promised to get it today at the very latest fake tracking yodel have since confirmed they have never received the parcel so nothing to do with them will be keeping this as proof aswell as all correspondence from the company itself which is very strange to put it nicely should of known it was dodgy by the site the threats of removing my review for a refund ect either way will now report to trading standards please don't order from here

Took my money no trainers fake tracking keep saying its been with yodel after pestering and perseverance with yodel I can confirm yodel have never received! Definitely a scam company only wearily ordered from here as they were sold out elsewhere silly me should of known! Customer service is diabolical ignore the point and just sound really strange!

Placed an order on the 9th December. Money taken from my bank account on 10th December. Still NO delivery! Tried to track via yodel, which states has been shipped on the 12th. Absolutely ridiculous service. Placed the order well in advance of Christmas. I have emailed trainerfactory on several occassions with no reply.

Definitely avoid this joke of a shop I too have a yodel tracking number that says with sender everyone put their yodel number on here and see if we have the same one! Ridiculous customer service never experienced anything like it should have definitely read all these reviews before I ordered at the beginning of December!

I ordered some trainers for my daughter but they told me that they are with Yodel but they say they are still with the sender. There customer service is terrible and I will never use them again

Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter, them being her only christmas present I have emailed twice with them saying they hope to arrive. It was dispatched on the 12th yet the yodel tracking number is still saying "with sender"
I understand yodel are busy however I have ordered with other companies who have used yodel since and my delivery has arrived. All I can do is hope that they arrive otherwise I'll have a very upset daughter christmas morning.

Edit! Following another email they are Still blaming yodel and the fact its Christmas for not arriving in time. They hope it arrives in the next day or 2, do yodel deliver Christmas day? My main issue is that I've ordered from other companies since my order from here and it's been delivered by yodel fine. They also keep insisting on calling me Mr Clare which is proving more why this is an incompetent company and I should have stayed clear.

Have added 1 extra star as the trainers have now arrived this afternoon. My daughter is now very happy with them.
The reason I won't add anymore is because I did order in plenty of time for Christmas and the communitcation I did have from them wasn't very professional. I understand we were in the middle of strikes however as I stated previously I had ordered from other companies after I used this company who had also used yodel and my parcels arrived within the stated delivery time and in time for Christmas.

Ordered trainers beginning of December. Item has been marked as shipped but the information on the tracking has remained the same for 9 days (still with sender). Have requested refund and order cancellation numerous times. Company keeps saying they will put pressure on Yodel! Paused payment with Klarna until this is resolved. Poor experience all round.
UPDATE: Trainers arrived this morning. Box damaged. Requested returns address from company who continually refuse to provide one. Why is their returns process shrouded in secrecy? I feel company would not get so many negative reviews if they dealt with customers in a more open, transparent and professional manner. Company is ignoring all requests for a returns address. They say send an email but their own policy says you can request over Live Chat.
Buyer beware! You will most likely wait a few weeks for delivery. If you want a refund for any reason good luck! Pay with Klarna so at least you have some protection. They are by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with - returns are a statutory right but TrainersFactory will ignore you.

I was getting very stressed because my delivery wasn't moving buy they assured me they would be delivered in time for Christmas and I received them the day after.

UPDATE! Finally received my trainers, which were fakes, no surprises there!! Finally managed to get a return address, they confirmed receipt of my return, and guess what, NO REFUND!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Item not handed over to courier despite telling me my order had been dispatched! Avoid! Update - I have just been informed that my order is being shipped from Hong Kong, I have serious doubts about authenticity now, I will not be accepting delivery if they ever arrive! They should state where the item is shipped from on their website so people are aware!

Just ordered Nike Air Vapormax plus, the delivery, customer service informed delivery is in 10-14 days, so had to cancel as I needed earlier, had a chat with customer service and asked them to cancel the order, they cancelled it and money was refunded straightaway.

Amazing service my trainers were due on the 20th arrived on the 17th even with all this strike businesses going on I really can’t complain staff got back to me with in a few minutes will 100% be buying of them again thanks 🙏

Having ordered a pair of air Jordan 4 for my son for Xmas I was extremely happy when I received them, brilliantly packaged and quality product I know my son I going to love them. Staff were very polite and helpful when I had to chase the delivery however the delay was due to postal strikes. I’d definitely recommend!

The trainers are for my son for Christmas. Sure he'll be over-the-moon when he opens them.
