A very happy teenager with new Jordan’s , took a week to come via Royal Mail but v good communication thank you 🙏🏻

It is now the 11th day since ordering my trainers. And yet I haven’t received them. And you are asking me to rate my experience. You must be joking honestly. I might have something decent to say if you took the time to actually complete your job.

Fantastic customer service! Happy customer and good value for money. The team were great, especially William.

I ordered trainers 6 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOT received them , sent them multiple emails asking where they are and asking for a refund. Still not reply I will be reporting them to the police and getting this website shut down. Avoid

Manipulative liars and selling fakes. Need I say more. Please don't fall for it and make the same mistake I did and buy from this "company".

AVOID this company! Was told my shoes were lost in the post so needed to redeliver 4 weeks late. Once arrived they had sent the wrong size (ordered 7.5 and got an 8). 1 shoe had mud on the sole. We suspected they were fake because of other reviews on here so had the officially checked on Legitmark, they were a FAKE! What an awful company.

They deserve minus stars! They should be closed for scamming people and providing rude service when asking where your order is! Worst company ever and selling fake products with disgusting customer service behaviour! Never buy from them!

Honestly I should have known better. This is a complete scam. Please everyone the 5 stars are fake reviews by people that leave one review or better yet reviews on other scam sites. Do not and I mean DO NOT buy from here. You will receive fake trainers around 2-3 weeks later and they will offer compensation and no refund because they can’t give it back as it’s ordered from a factory in china or wherever.
The guy is a muppet asking his “management team” to review pictures which I can show you guys here happily. The stock x label is fake (even though it’s ordered from a factory 😂). Honestly let me be the moron. So you guys don’t have to. The shoes are not a bad fake tbh but there are some glaring issues one being the stitching is all botched. It’s fine I’ve reported them to Klarna and trading standards and I would advise anyone to do the same. But please god don’t use this god awful scam.

Update after response: honestly there’s no point replying to these clowns. I’ve reported them to trading standards and also klarna which seems to be working as klarna are now investigating them. These are 100% not real they will offer “compensation” as they know they are completely fake. The stock X tag is fake I peeled it off and there is no void watermark. Honestly this site needs to be shut down. Email you what for ? To be fed a load of s**%😂

I cannot stress this enough for anyone reading this, This company buys AAA reps from Hong Kong that come with stock x tags they are not AUTHENTIC in anyway they are just drop shipping from DHGate hence the month plus wait for your products. Don’t be scammed and certainly don’t be paying 2-300 quid for some 50 pound dhgate replicas

Don't get me wrong, I don't really have a problem with suppliers selling reps, as long as they state that they are reps. These/this guy is a complete fraud.
He knows they are fake, 100%, yet sells to unsuspecting folk.
How in gods name could anybody make a profit selling legit at these prices? And how could they have pretty much every size, naah, I can only blame myself for being so dumb. I realised afterwards, so messaged asking to cancel, but too late. Nay mind, I also asked 'how are you able to sell such over inflated footwear at bargain prices, to which I got the response 'we buy in bulk'.... so , you buy in bulk yet, have to order the items individually from China, making alot of sense.
Pretty decent fakes, I had to legit check, came with fake stock x tag, random fake nike Chinese flyer that when translated, reads absolute nonsense, box is smaller than genuine, wrong paper in box, legit is visibly different, inner sole is totally wrong, a few pen marks under UV on shoes, small irregularities when compared to legit. Copious unprofessional spelling mistakes on the site, which, in no where does it state that the shoes are genuine or fake. (They are fake, if you haven't guessed)
Dispatched from China, from face value it appears British, nay, couple of weeks to arrive.
Save up the extra and buy genuine.
Do not support these/this immoral business. Go to a site that states 'repro', at least they are honest.
Even knowing they were fake shoes, I got them legit checked, to which came back fake.
Time to report 'Jeff Oliver' to Trading standards for his illegal practices and Klarna for that matter. Really can't be bothered but Jeff (it's a fake name aswell innit Jeff, come on, let's be honest about something ) Needs stopping. Il get on it in the next few days. Also Jeff, when you open your next business, (selling Gucci bags etc) you shouldn't reply to paying customers with 'YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF'. It is a well known phrase/cliche in business that ' The customer is always right'. Unless in your case, the customer says that the shoes you sent him are authentic.... and/or that your real name is Jeff.

Can't let folk get away with such indecent practices, I don't know many folk whom morals are so low as to sell fake as legit, To build a buisness on it, well, yea , mr Wang must have some big ass balls, it should be taken down and stopped. absolute con.x

UPDATE-
Mr Wang/ trainers factory are now not refunding me. Out of the hundreds of parcels I have sent with zero problems whatsoever, the woman at the post office wrote one letter on the post code wrong (on the only goddamn parcel Im guarenteed to have problems with.) Wrote a B instead of P, I think. Typical.
Il have to contact royal mail and find out.
So myself, legit app and check check are all wrong and despite the numerous flaws in the shoes, they are legitimate? Wow. When I read that 1/10 score for how easy they found the checking process I was convinced but, obviously myself, the best legit checking apps and all of the other people on here claiming 'fake', we all must be all wrong.
How do you get them directly from Nike when they come with a fake stock X tag on them? I can't see any in my collection ordered directly from Nike with this feature. Strange. You should have said ' I get them imported directly from stock X', might of made alittle more sense.....
Please Mr wang- explain the shoe tree (the card inside) being totally wrong, explain a never before seen stick holding the thing in, explain how the inner should have a ribbed effect but is totally plain. Explain the plain paper in the box which should be speckled, explain the double stitches on a single stitch line, explain why in the world Nike are using UV pen marks on their shoe toe boxes , explain the colour being alot more pale than it should. THE SMELL!!!! Explain the smell, it isnt a bad smell, but, it ain't the correct smell of a new shoe. Should I continue or,,,,

UPDATED UPDATE- Got refunded, Wang was telling fibs about not receiving the shoes back, as expected and also, appears to have employed a few people to make some more fake reviews. (The 1 review next to the names kinda gives it away)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I waited 2 weeks for my trainers only to be told they had been delivered……OUTSIDE ON THE STREET AT 23.50pm when looked on yodel it said delivered in a safe place that was authorised at 15.30, I NEVER authorised a safe place!!! I am still trying to get my refund which is proving very difficult and one person is not reading the chat log I’ve been having since day 1. This is discusting customer service. I paid £150 for these trainers and have to stress and message everyday getting the same answers!!!! I have still NOT received my trainers!!!! SO PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!!

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers in early December for partner as a Christmas present. It’s now is mid January I’m still waiting. Excuses about delay due to yodel delivery. They provided a bogus tracking info and the company hasn’t even received the items!! No sign of any the trainers or no sign of yodel delivery been received to deliver! I have asked a refund and nothing but excuses about speaking to the management. “Be patient we will send it. Wait a minute please”. This is scam. Stay clear.!!!!!!! I will be reporting this company to trading standards if my moneys is not refunded in a few days. Looks like my 135.00 is lost or delayed too!This does not sound like a English company and certainly the responses received does not seem to be professional nor from a reputable company ! Very basic simple texts! If this message and review helps someone then I would feel better for been ripped off like this.

Ordered a pair of Jordan's for my sons Xmas present on 12th December. They arrived TODAY. I was told the reason was that they had been ordered direct from the Nike Factory. This was from China as yodel told me (not Trainer Factory at first)
Imagine my utter outrage when the trainers are in fact from StockX not direct from Nike as told. This company are a sham and liars. I have a mind to report them to trading standards. I'll never use them again. Avoid them

Should of trusted my gut and saw the dodgy site for what it stood for... a dodgy company! Purchased on here out of desperation to get a pair of otherwise sold out trainers in time for Xmas, silly me after weeks of rubbish and fake tracking they still didn't arrive in time and when they finally did they have a nice shiny green stock x tag stuck to the back theses aren't authentic, don't trust these people with your money!

Disgusting customer service, so rude didn't get my delivery as stated and sent questionable trainers which nike have confirmed as fake and are now taking it further this company has already been shut down and are using a different name DO NOT USE THESE

Avoid unless you want to wait a month put up with false promises threats, rudeness and fake trainers! Clearly not professional in the slightest refused my refund numerous of times just for stockx seconds? Suspect these glowing good reviews are definitely fake don't be fooled like I was!

After a worrying wait not down to the company but to the postal strike I got the trainers I ordered for Xmas not only did they come but the company was always on the other end of any query or worry I had Thankyou so everyone who is writing this company is a scam needs to be ashamed of themselves
