Shameeg was very helpful and quick to solve my problems. Literally took 10 mins tops, and even shared screenshots, shared relevant info, and was understanding and kind!
Web chat was easy to use but didn't provide the required options, was taken up by a web agent who did a great job, prompt and polite dealing with the issue.

Pay me the money you owe me and stop stonewalling
Dear reader,
Totalenergies Gas and Power owes me a refund. Turns out their computers don't generate refunds. Instead they tell me I owe them.
Humans don't look at the figures. Computers do. The algorithm doesn't recognise credit. So Total ask solicitors to threaten me... repeatedly . Eventually a human looks at the figures and agrees they owe me a credit. 13 months on and no sign of the money. They are now stonewalling me. Why? Because the computer doesn't generate a credit. A human won't get involved.
I ring. I write. I get apologies. But no money. My time and effort has a value.
Pay me the money you owe me from 19 th April 2025. I am sick of ringing and writing to get my refund.
I will keep you updated regularly whilst I am ignored by Totalenergies Gas and Power.
This is the email I was sent on the 5 th May ( 2 weeks ago). I have heard nothing since.
"Good Morning
My apologies for the delayed response
I do sincerely apologize about all the inconvenience caused however the accounts have been sent off to management for review, and we will be in contact with you should we receive any feedback about the credits related to the accounts.
Once again, I do sincerely apologize about the inconvenience caused and I will try and speed up the matter regarding your accounts.

Honestly, I fight for almost a year for the company to admit that the computer doesn't generate a credit. They will be in touch:"should we receive any feedback". Even their own team are sceptical management will reply.
After 13 months of fighting this is the email I get two weeks ago. Now I send nudges: " any news?" And I get no reply at all.
Whatever you do don't leave the company and change suppliers leaving a credit behind. You don't even get an invoice for the last payment. It is completely crazy.
I hope this review will mean that I get my payment. Actually if no one replies it will give me the chance to publish the threatening letters and rising interest/ penalties from the solicitors.
