TopGrass was launched in 2005 with the aim of offering top-quality lawn care using the knowledge, materials, and equipment of the professional groundsman and applying it to domestic lawns. TopGrass is an independent lawn treatment company set up by Tom Arnold and Ian Decourcy whose backgrounds combine experience in treating professional lawns and sports turf with business expertise from working in quality-driven blue-chip companies. After many years, we are now a well-established, family-run company. Tom's wife Shirley, daughter Katie and two sons Chris and Peter, all now have varying input into the business and bring with them their core family values to the everyday running of the company.

I have used Topgrass for more than 5years and always been impressed with their service and cost. My lawn looks excellent….despite the adverse weather conditions ( from drought in the summer to persistent heavy rain this year)

Impressed
Your young treatment technician arrived this afternoon as arranged, worked through the task very well and efficiently.
He remeasured my garden and adjusted my invoice accordingly. I was most impressed by this professionalism - I am so pleased I changed to Top Grass. It would have been so easy to take the Google Earth image as fact, where in reality my lawn area was actually half the estimated size. Most grateful to Rob for his honesty and professionalism. Zara too was hugely helpful in adjusting the registered size and quoted price.

Terrible service performed and over sold products
Terrible service performed, advice on using Top Grass be 100% sure that the service they quote for is the service required, they tend to oversell packages for their financial gain. So I arranged for a technician to visit me to assess my lawn, the first guy came and suggested I needed the enhanced package as my lawn needed scarifying and aeration, fast forward two weeks and the second guy came along to perform the work, an hour later (15mins on the telephone) jobs done, little debris removed from the lawn due to him saying it's in quite a good condition, however still moss on the lawn, cost of this service £348 not including the other treatments.. of course not happy called H/O and spoke to a very helpful lady and arranged for a 3rd person to come, said 3rd person visited and confirmed that the job performed was completed properly and that he could do another pass of the scarifier, despite being told the lawn is okay.
I should have been sold the aeration package, not the enhanced package.

Excellent treatment of grass
Excellent treatment of grass, rapidly improved it from a weed infested mess to a nice lawn!
Always turned up on time, a couple of times they examined the grass saw it was too wet and returned another day to make sure the treatment took.

Improved my lawn significantly.
With TopGrass’s help my lawn has continuously improved over the last few years. The moss has significantly reduced and the density of the turf improved.
