Darrin and Edward came and they were so professional. They explained what would happen and advised on different services Greenthumb had to offer. In addition they cleaned up leaving no mess. Great lads who do a great job

It was too cold to do my winter treatment in January. They said they’d rebook me. Well it’s now mid April and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Meanwhile my lawn looks shocking. The worst in my road and nobody else gets lawn treatments. Just try phoning them! Stuck on hold for ages. If you’re undecided about Green Thumb then please look for someone else to tend your lawn. It’s a shame as the guys that attend are nice, but everything else is very bad indeed. They make it impossible to contact them. There is no live chat as they claim. These people should be shut down.

I would like to express my total satisfaction with the service I have just received from 2 of your employees. I believe they are Howard and Jamie from your Canterbury branch. Their courteous manner and professionalism is a credit to themselves and your company and any success they achieve is very well deserved. Please pass on my positive comments to everyone involved.

The operatives get the job done in an efficient manner and with care.

Awful company, did my in-laws garden left them 14 bags of rubbish, my in-laws are both housebound how on earth are they supposed to get rid of it, my mother in law phoned them she is still waiting for a reply from the manager this is 6 weeks ago
Also the ground was far to wet what they did to the garden it looks a mess,
Green thumb will not be doing there garden no more what and awful rude company

Andy and Gary from the Aldershot branch arrived on time to scarify our badly miss-infested lawn. They were extremely efficient and tidied up beautifully as well as being very pleasant, providing advice and helpful information.

The visit did not accomplish the work that was agreed.

Signed up to a lawn plan and completed direct debit form. Have now spent more than a week chasing my initial visit, no answer to emails, phone is never answered (10 minutes on hold for "high call volumes". Have I been scammed?

Paul treated my lawn today, his passion and commitment to both the job, company and customer is a true credit to him, Paul is consistent with every visit and treatment and makes it an extremely enjoyable experience.

I would like to thank Paul for his continued support and guidance and look forward to seeing my lawn’s progress over the next weeks / months.

It was great to have Lewis, Bill and Sam visit today. I had my lawn cut and the grass bagged up ready for council collection. I also had my Hard Surface cleaner applied to my block paving to keep the weeds dirt at bay. All the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction and my garden was left looking clean and tidy. Thank you.

I had used Green Thumb for a few years without problems. Last year they sent a young man who was clueless. My lawn was killed completely. They have sent someone out to view and he agreed it was a disgrace. Now they don’t respond. Be very careful of this company they have changed ownership and it has deteriorated immensely.

This company has appalling customer services. I cancelled my contract at the start of March and despite numerous calls and emails, they will not deal with my refund. They are happy to take fees but will not deal with refunds for services not provided. Very poor.

Jack and his team from GreenThumb ( Cardiff East ) aerated and scarified the lawns in our garden recently. We were very impressed with the whole operation. The whole team of 3 arrived punctually, they were extremely polite, they worked very hard and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with all their work. I would highly recommend them.

Dan G was very knowledgeable and gave me sound advice on my lawn. He instantly put me at ease.

We have a very careful Green thumb groundsman called Darren Walsh who is thorough, doesn't rush the job and is always courteous and tells us what he is doing. We are very pleased with his service.
