Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. Especially disappointing was their customer service — extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They combined two scheduled visits into one without informing me in advance. When I questioned it, they unapologetically told me they had the right to do so and claimed it was buried somewhere in one of the many emails they send.

Their lawn maintenance is careless at best — they consistently leave parts of the garden unattended. It’s clear they don’t take pride in their work.
Completely waste of money. Stay away — there are far better and more professional companies out there.

Think twice before using this company, my lawn was far worse after 12 months than before. it took two months for them to tell me it was my problem not their's, no accountability for their work. They blamed shade from trees that I highlighted before they started their treatment. Don't waste your money.

With a new build house the lawn is on poor soil and I have used Top Grass for three years .
I trust the professional advice and recommendations given. My lawn is now luscious and green and quite a few neighbours now use Top Grass and we are extremely pleased the customer service.

In the space of 6 months my weed and moss infested lawn has been transformed. After only 4 treatments (including aeration), it is now a lush weed-free green: the result far exceeds my expectation.
TopGrass has developed a highly effective treatment programme, without having to resort to toxic substances and that, for me, is a major selling point. They are flexible enough to provide whatever service the customer may want and I believe their charges represent good value for money.
Finally, the staff - both out in the 'field' and in the office - are knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent and efficient company so much better than the other well known one who shall not be named but cannot get their accounts right! their customer page shows you exactly what you have paid to date and what you are owing and there's no confusion or unexpected letters demanding payments. Staff arrive and do their thing with the garden and grass looks as good as what you paid for. They offer lots of other services to make your garden look really nice and to keep it healthy but one has the option to take it or not. No complaints at all.

The service, advice and results I have received over the years from Top Grass have been fantastic.
I am moving to a flat and therefore no lawn to deal with anymore.

Switched from Greenthumb, good value for money, really friendly knowledgeable staff, treatment far better than previous company eg grass seed bare areas after scarification leaving the lawn looking great a few weeks afterwards, definitely recommend

TopGrass have transformed our lawn over the last 18 months from moss and weed infested to good quality, weed-free green grass making the whole garden look well kept. The technicians are all professional, friendly and helpful with advice. And the company's admin is equally good.

They have transformed our lawn with only 3 visits. More work to do on it but very good indeed. Highly recommend

Our lawn was in a poor state before we engaged with TopGrass but I am glad to say that it looks so much better now. We have had a number of treatments mostly by Mark. His standard of work is first class and he always takes the time and trouble to explain things. We have even been sent video summaries. The whole experience has given us a feeling that we are valued customers, something that is quite rare these days. We would have no hesitation in recommending TopGrass.

After three or more years with Topgrass I'm finally giving up, after receiving an email from Ellie today advising me that they wish to collect builders bags from our garden that were left there in OCTOBER 2023, otherwise we owe £6 per bag! Ellie - firstly I have no memory of your visit in October 2023 as it was almost a year ago and secondly if you did leave any builders bags in our garden, then I'm guessing I would have disposed of them! Believe it or not, we would not wish to look at your builders bags for an entire year. And good luck trying to extract £6 per bag from us for the privilege, as per your ill thought through and inappropriate email to us. If we had tolerated your builders bags for the last 12 months, I'd be asking for a refund of your poor service! This experience, after threatening letters a few moths ago for payment that was not owed by us as we pay a year up front / in advance (I'm ignoring the fact the amount you were incorrectly seeking was peanuts anyway and the stamp would have cost more) and the ongoing saga that our gate is locked (which it never is) and you wont be returning as end of the season (but charged us up front!) etc etc etc we are now voting with our feet. Unfortunately for us we have paid up to February next year in advance (in hindsight a mistake), although please close our account with you from February 2025. We do not wish to receive a renewal email. You advertise being an independent and family run business, which maybe but you are also a poorly run business and little regard for client service with no acknowledgement to mistakes, to which there are a great deal.

TopGrass have always been reliable & efficient. If they are unable to arrive on designated date they will let you know & rearrange a convenient date. The service is carried out efficiently & you are informed of anything that needs attention via email & given recommendations. I have been using them for quite a while & my grass has definitely improved. Can definitely recommend Top Grass.

I thought the customer service team were excellent. Always easy to contact and to talk with and very efficient in giving notice for appointments. A really good overall service and have helped me maintain a healthy looking lawn.

Would like to give Mark a mention. I felt really looked after by Mark. We thought we had chafer grubs and requested treatment. Mark came over and instead of just treating the lawn he investigated and discovered we had no grubs. The actual problem was too much thatch which can cause breathing issues and dry patches. Mark took his time to educate and guide me. Awesome guy and huge value to Top grass.

We were recommended to Top Grass earlier in the year and are very pleased with the already apparent improvement in our lawn after just 3 treatments. The service we have received is excellent and at each visit the procedure has been clearly explained. Would highly recommend the company.

Topgrass have been a Godsend, keeping the nasties away! Craig Mitchel is absolutely lovely, super efficient and so 'human' in the 'inhuman' world we currently live in.

I have used Top Grass for many years. Not only at my present address but also at my previous one.I find them very reliable and efficient. They come when they are meant to and the technicians who carry out the treatment are friendly and helpful.
