This company is a scam! Misrepresentation & fraudulent practices. Very shady. DO NOT use their services. The price I booked online was not what was charged. Received a call immediately after booked and told initial tickets were only for standby. Customer service is horrible. Hung up after being on hold numerous times. They don't even honor their refund policy on their website. Can't even deal with airlines directly because the confirmation email doesn't match the passenger name. Horrible experience.

BOOKED a fare on 19th of dec 2025 gave all imformation card everything over week later they tell me fare no longer availible wow tryed to bait and switch me to a fare twice as much

I have tried using this company several times and every single time they jump the price 3 to 4 times. It’s absolutely ridiculous and they should be shut down immediately. Taking advantage of people is totally unacceptable.

1 star because there's no "0" selection. Found a fair for $91.36. Booked. Called to verify, was told it was a "stand by", there were 41 ahead of me so unlikely I would fly. I could change t main cabin, for additional $150.00. No, so opted to cancel. No email/text of the cancel. Called to verify cancel. The will call me in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went. If it seems to good to be true....
