Ruby was excellent. She got the reservations, boarding passes, etc all straightened out. She was patient and friendly. We were on the phone for almost an hour and she never got stressed or impatien... Mehr ansehen

I booked one way tickets from this site…

I booked one way tickets from this site for two for $233. Received email that my booking was pending and an agent would be calling. I had to call them and the man said it was a standby flight. Nowhere did it say that. I wanted to cancel and they were going to charge me 200$ if I canceled. I need a flight not on standby so he gave me one on different airline for 2 for 372$ 264$ for tickets and 108$ for agent fee. Will never deal with these sites again. Will only go through airline from now on. Lesson learned

If I could place a zero stars on here…

If I could place a zero stars on here or -10, I would,I book the flight which had the wrong dates a lady named Patricia flagged It, told me to call couldn’t get a hold of anyone had a church member call they got a hold of them change. The dates flight rate went up beyond ticket price Tht was posted even for the light change. When looked at the Tickets they were to the wrong location. Told her that I didn’t want those tickets because they were the wrong airport ,she wanted me to confirm I did not confirm she said someone else okay it i then told her how can someone else confirm on my credit card? She said they were not refundable, even though they were going to the wrong location she would not give me my money back went back-and-forth with her for over an hour about these tickets, she refused to want to give the money back, then said that she would only refund part of it. I told her just forget it looked back at the tickets. They were horrible times would’ve had to sit at an airport for 8 hours after check out plus drive 45 miles to get to my destination. I had to go to the Delta site to cancel the tickets after adding insurance. Delta had to send the email back to the person that actually booked the flight then found that my credit card had been compromised.This was a brand new credit card top flight fairs was the only one that had the numbers to the credit card besides myself. They tried to use my card on other purchases,Patricia was unprofessional I will never try this again. This was a complete scam and a set up from the very beginning. They did not guarantee anything even though on the computer they said they guaranteed that you could cancel or change like 24 hours before the flight, my suggestion is to stay far away from them.

I am very unhappy with this site

I am very unhappy with this site. I purchased 1 round trip ticket for $304.20. My confirmation email had the correct date, time and amount but stated an associate would call with confirmation. That was at 9 am this morning by 900pm tonight noone had called. I called the number on my email. I was put on hold for 30min. I hung up and received a call back immediately. I was given new times which wouldn't work , and different layover airports which i did not want. I was offered a different airport 3.5 hrs away..and 2 airports in different states to depart from! This was nonsense. When I said I'd like to cancel i was told no because it was an economy seat and there were no refunds. I reminded the associate that I had 24 hrs to cancel and it had been 12 hrs. Again I was told I could cancel but no refund. I said my card has not been charged and she said it was declined. So why couldn't I cancel? Then she told me the price was 504$ which is not what their website stated. Website stated$304.20. Thats quite a distance. Im not happy with your company. I will not use your company again. Maxin was who I spoke with. She was trying to work something out for me but its certainly is NOT what I asked for. Why even post prices and times then confirm it by email then not honor the price or layovers? And offer 2 airports in 2 different states . Crazy! I would still like a refund as it was 12hrs since booking not 24 hrs. Youre not honoring what you post. Please consider honoring what was posted for cancelation.

Excellent help and service

Ruby was excellent. She got the reservations, boarding passes, etc all straightened out. She was patient and friendly. We were on the phone for almost an hour and she never got stressed or impatient. Patricia, who made my original reservations was also very helpful and professional. I will use Top Flight again.

These tickets are standby, and so many not ever be available

I booked 3 airline tickets 16 hrs ago. I received multiple emails that my tickets were pending. The booking site indicated that I had 24 hours free cancellation from purchase time. Of note, my card has not posted payment. I called this morning to find out where the tickets were. I learned from customer service Aaron, that these were standby tickets and may or may not be available at all. So I requested cancellation. Aaron said that they were non- refundable because they were economy class. I brought to his attention that the site says I am well within the 24 hour window and that my card had not yet posted payment. After repeating that loop of conversation twice, Aaron replied, “fine, I’m cancelling the tickets “. I had to request email confirmation that is supposed to be here within 10 minutes. It’s only been 5 minutes, but it hasn’t come thru yet. Buyer beware!
