Booked a flight and within 5 minutes of booking got a call from topflightfares saying the flight I booked was a standby flight. No where during the booking did it say standby flight. The lady from topflightfares said it was a standby flight and asked if I wanted a confirmed flight. I said yes. The price more than doubled. I said cancel the reservation, she said I would be charged $82 for cancellation 5 minutes after scheduling the flight. I said your not getting a dime from me. Now I have to go through credit card company to rebut charge. Never use topflightfares to book a flight.

It was good service even tho we had hiccups along the line but service was well and polite the whole time.

It was Patricia Jones!!! She went out of the way to assist me in our booking. She explained everything clearly so it was easy to understand. She is an Asset to the company. Other reps should shadow her to learn Customer Service!! Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience!!! Miami here we come!!!
