I bought my denim patch pocket trousers recently because I bought a similar pair last year and I LOVE THEM! Perfect fabric for summer with the weight of a quality linen so they hang beautifully but the coolness the fabric provides. The sizing is true and as always with this wonderful company, the quality is exemplary. To be honest, I wish I had a wardrobe stuffed full but with slow fashion, price means a few quality pieces chosen carefully and worn timelessly. Toast quality makes that possible. These denim patch pockets are just such a piece. Thank you!

So disappointed that currency exchange rates for customers in the United States are not equivalent to international currency exchange rates. A 55 GDP item, instead of following current exchange rates (which is the equivalent is about $75 US), adopt a competitive rate costing the customer $105 US for this item. I could literally have a family member in the UK buy this item, ship it to me and still pay less.

Outstanding customer service from online team - Debbie, Mohammed and Chelsey. Item sold out online and they advised me to get in touch in a couple of weeks in case restocked/ returned by another customer. And a few weeks later I got back in touch and sure enough they had it so managed to get a coveted jacket that I know i will treasure. They were all so helpful, prompt and professional, lovely service at the level I would expect from a quality store like Toast. They also advised me of a store that may still have in stock a knitted hood i also wanted but they did not have in stock, and sure enough I called the store who were also so helpful to hunt down the item out the back and are sending to me. Thrilled with the service and my purchases from Toast

Strange policy where if you buy something in a toast store, their customer services insist you contact that store directly for issues with the product. Have been a long term customer but latest autumn knitwear bobbled horribly and they are going in the bin. I’ve had other jumpers that have been fine so perhaps was unlucky but unlikely to purchase their knits again.

I placed an order with a mistake that needed to be rectified I used the the live chat where it was all put right within minutes absolutely brilliant love this company so helpful.

I am from Canada. I did not realize that the brokerage fees would have been so high, therefore, I had no choice but to have to return my purchase. I contacted Toast and they did not hesitate to help me. The parcel was returned to them and the service was excellent. I received my refund. Thank you Toast, I love your stuff!

Love a bit of Toast! Had a very prompt reply to a recent question and got the answer I hoped for! Have bought mostly dresses and footwear over the past few years and so far I still have every item.

I've shopped with TOAST for a while and appreciate the quality of their clothes and homewares, fast delivery and easy returns. But what has prompted me to write this overdue review is the way they handled an issue with a pair of boots I'd bought a couple of years earlier. I honestly didn't expect much, given the passage of time, but they went so far above and beyond to resolve the issue that I was astonished and delighted. They also took the time to give me some helpful advice along the way. It's rare to feel that a company genuinely values you as a customer. TOAST absolutely did and I can't thank them enough.

Toast has been great to work with - I made an error ordering and they have really helped correct it. Great company!

I have been trying to resolve a problem with Canada Border Services regarding a refund of duty and taxes - not a problem of Toast but of bureaucracy here. The assistance I have had from Toast has been outstanding, so very helpful and kind.

Prompt and courteous response regarding a mis-delivered package.

Just underwhelmed by customer service. They do well in helping you out in finding things etc, but I have a pair of trousers that have torn at a pocket seam after 3 months of owning. They’ve said they’ll inspect them and maybe refund if they’re found to be at fault… not sure who else could have been at fault… are the pockets not meant to be used?

Additionally (and more to the point of my feeling underwhelmed) I’ve explained that I originally ordered two pairs in the same size, one black one brown, and that despite being the “same size” the brown fit beautifully and the black didn’t. Couple of cm difference in them. I asked if toast found themselves to be at fault after their investigations if I could have the trousers back, or if I could be helped finding a pair with the same fit. This was ignored, and I was told either I could return them or not. Sigh. The trousers are £145, not cheap. But beloved. Other companies just feel so much more generous in their customer care.

But still no comment in if I could have the faulty trousers back (if toast’s internal investigations find themselves to be at fault) so I could at least mend them and keep wearing.

Have had to resort to buying three pairs of the same piece on my credit card before returning the pocket ripped pair in the hopes that one of them is the same size, as toast are unable to do this themselves…? Just a weird onus to put on the customer.
