I have a package on hold due to customs…
I have a package on hold due to customs requiring a social security number for release. Something in all my experiece of ordering I have never experienced before from any company or country. This smacks of a scam since the small print posted by us customs states this applies to any items over 800.00. Regardless Is this not the responsibility of the company you are ordering from to fix? If not it should be. I will most definitely never be purchasing from Toast again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Customer Service help as been minimal if at all and I am out the price I paid for an item I will never receive as it remains in limbo on a dock at DSL

USA UPS home pick-up do not have proper scanners
While this return process was frustrating TOAST ultimately put things to rights graciously.
They do need to rethink their UPS home pick up as US drivers appear not to have the scanning equipment necessary.

Very responsive customer service
I can‘t believe how responsive Toast‘s customer service is! I am new to this brand and wasn‘t familiar with their sizing. I bought several items in the sale, while on holiday in Greece, and then worried that the sizes I had gone for were too big. Rihanna on their customer service line cancelled my original order and talked me through everything. Now I‘ve repurchased 4 items. And then another two. Thank you Toast. Your service is exactly as it should be.

after 10 days still waiting for my…
after 10 days still waiting for my order... toast doesn't seem to take responsibility of the relation with DHL. any problem with the customs clearance seems to be a customer's problem who need to spend hours online trying to chat and solve the problem. Toast contacted me asking for my surname (wasn't it in my online order?!?), I immediately answered but apparently Toast still hasn't shared the info with DHL... that's what DHL's customer service wrote... "no answer from the sender"...

Why the crazy EU mark up?
I love Toast clothes, some are very unique and I am prepared to pay above the odds for that...but why the crazy discrepancy in the UK prices vs the EU prices? Taking into account for currency exchange and any brexit export/import duties the mark up is still very excessive. For example, a garment listed on the uk site for £220 might be on the EU site for €430. Please address this discrepancy and you might find your EU sales increase accordingly. Thanks.

Very disappointed in the service…
Very disappointed in the customer service. I have a pair of shorts that are completely ruined around the waistband due to tearing after only a few months of wear. Customer service was scattered and unhelpful, essentially avoiding the problem and refusing to take ownership for the faulty item. Also no way for me to review the product itself, as Toast reviews seem to be controlled.

Most helpful staff EVER.
I love Toast Clothing. And as a retired NHS employee it is a rare treat (unless in the sale). I was after a particular top, which I had in my online basket but it disappeared the day I went to purchase. I phone the Edinburgh store to see if they had it in stock, spoke to Annie, who was wonderfully helpful and did her very best to locate one for me, so helpful and pleasant. She suggested I phone main customer services as she could see stock in the warehouse but not online. Which I did, speaking to the amazing Isobel, from Wales who promptly located it & took my payment over the phone, whole transaction took less than 2 minutes, amazing!!!! 10 out of 10 for helpful, pleasant efficiency. Massive appreciation for Annie & Isobel.
