My husband and I signed up with TScompliance some years ago and it took them some time but we got out of our Timeshare. How much it cost us was an issue for me but we've saved the same amount already by not having to pay our yearly fees.

I got really lucky when Justin Haney decided to help me get out of my “contact”. I rescinded my contact within 2 days with Sunset/Pelicanos Plaza in puerto Vallarta but they would not accept and told me I was bound by the contract. I quickly contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. After 3 months Sunset/Pelicanos didn’t even know that I had stopped payment and started hounding me to pay their annual fee and monthly payments. Justin told me what to say, namely, to focus on that since there was no money exchange; there was no contract...Finally I spoke to someone in authority; who agreed and sent me the cancellation agreement. Justin also advised me to make sure I send the cancellation to the third party to stop the calls; bills and emails to protect my credit. Many thanks to Justin for caring for a 68 year old widow.

Our case was resolved in about 7 months, which was much quicker than we had expected. We are so glad to be rid of our timeshare contract.
