From the 1st call to get info , to all of my calls & communications with Time Share compliance ( especially the Sr . analyst whom I dealt with the most ). There was never a hard push , they left the ball in my court how to proceed . Which considering how scammed & victimized I felt from my time share experience & reading some negative reviews about time share exit companies in general I didn’t know who to trust ! Thankful all the reviews about Time Share compliance which were wonderful were also my experience . They made a painful & costly experience as good as it could be . Highly recommend .

Timeshare Compliance helped us go from the verge of losing everything to a hopeful future that will not burden our family with debt. We really used out timeshare weeks to provide wonderful experiences not only to our children, but other family members and friends.

We did not expect the timeshares to take all of our income as they did once maintenance fees became so high and options were not available.

So we decided to do what needed to be done - write the letter telling how we came to own the timeshare weeks, to how we watched the changes we had no control over. Through the whole time we had the
guidance of the timeshare compliance staff, and they were like cheerleaders encouraging all the way. The months went by. It was very difficult but without them we would have nothing today.

Timeshare Compliance did an excellent job in freeing my husband and I from a timeshare obligation. Process took about 9 months but it was easy for us because all communication with the property was taken over by Timeshare Compliance. All we had to do is send it to them once we received. Their staff was very friendly and we received various updates during the process. Thank you for all the help.

After years of waiting, but being REQUIRED to pay 100% up front in case the case was closed quickly is absurd.

Finding a company that deals with removal of Timeshare contracts is tricky business; they give you the same push the Timeshare did to lure you in. The promise from Timeshare Compliance was that they would serve a dual purpose of removing me from my Timeshare and also shield me from any damaging remarks on my credit score. Their price to do this will take your breath away; they are not cheap. But I was tired of my timeshare and I wanted out so I signed on. At first things went very well; they provided me with a lawyer well versed in legal matters of timeshare malfeasance and I was personally watching my credit scores through multiple 3rd parties. And this is where things went South. After 2 months with them, I was informed they were going through a reorganization and the credit repair agency they provided was no longer available and they were going to a new agency that the signup and providing of credentials and monthly maintenance fee was now MY responsibility. They added that they would pay for the first two months because it wouldn't take much longer than that to resolve my issues. Providing this new company information was time consuming and painful as they needed specific file types and would not accept anything else. This was all done on my expense; and BTW they wanted this information on myself and my wife as she was on the timeshare. After the acceptance. it was $60.00 a month that I had to pay -- Timeshare Compliance did not intervene on my behalf. After multiple phone calls with my representative, TSC agreed paid for one month. The company they sent me dutifully sent me reports but when (on the advice of TSC) stopped paying my timeshare payments, the the timeshare put a collection agency on me and my wife We were expecting this; what I was NOT expecting was the credit repair agency allowing these negatives to appear on my credit scores by the three main credit agencies. I argued this with TSC multiple times and I have the emails to prove this; My representative supposedly "left for other opportunities" and I was given to her supervisor. Let me now say that at this timeframe I had called into TSC and asked for someone to address my issues and I was shuffled among various managers and senior personnel supposedly aware of my situation. None of them resolved the issue. So here I am watching my own credit score contacts and reporting back to TSC the issues I am seeing with my personal credit. Their answer was to move to a second credit repair agency -- which I had to the provide credentials also and pay for. When I called their help desk to bring the discrepancy of having a collection agency calling me every other day, their response was; "Have you called them up to setup a payment schedule?" Back I went to TSC to get a THIRD credit repair agency which I had to provide credentials and pay for. By this time I am into the tenth month and the lawyers provide by TSC came through and broke the contract. BUT -- my credit history STILL shows 4 months of non-payment on a "mortgage loan" which is still very negative on your credit history. MY timeshare shows "transferred" but I STILL have those negative marks. And while I negotiated ta lower cost after the first crdit repair agency failed me, it is now upon ME to fix the negative aspects of my credit history. And for what this company charges to rid yourself of a timeshare, I give them a POOR rating

I was told I would be receiving some money but I did not. But as far as getting me out of my time share you did an excellent job.

Appreciate all the help. Process took awhile but there was no stress. Timeshare compliance took over all communications with the property. We just emailed anything we received from the property to them. It was a tremendous weight off our shoulders. We are free now

TSC was professional all through the entire process. The whole team was very informative and knowledgeable concerning our situation. They resolved our timeshare in less time we had anticipated. We are now stress free thanks to TSC.

Update: After posting previous review, Timeshare Compliance was adamant about finding my client file and offering help. I'm now in a new credit monitoring (that they say they will pay for) and I've had more active communications with the company. I'll give them a few months to see what happens. I guess it's true when they say, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."

Paid their fee, partially via credit card, and the rest via their payment plan, which has the same interest rate as my Wyndham timeshare mortgage. Fee was approximately 15% of the remaining balance of the timeshare mortgage. I was getting scarce interaction via email from the company while I was still paying on the plan. Once the plan was paid off, I have received even less interaction with company.

The customer portal now seems to be non-existent.
I have no progress updates from them on my case.

They had me sign up for a credit monitoring/repair company that charged me $50 a month to do absolutely nothing. After 3 months, I canceled that.
They called/sent an email about the inability to review my credit online via the company. I told them that it was not helping me and I was not willing to continue to pay for no service.

My credit score bottomed out at around 510 due to credit card usage, high balances, and late payments on the timeshare mortgage. I have slowing regained a decent score in the mid 600's that is allowing me to get a loan to pay off the credit cards that I used to pay part of their fee. I still have a default on the timeshare mortgage that they cannot, will not help with removing since they failed to prevent it from occurring in the first place, as they stated in their initial case assessment.

I stopped faxing/scanning & emailing the Wyndham statements to them about a year ago. It was costing me additional money to pay for the faxes, and/or fax credits.

Since I no longer owe Timeshare Compliance any money, refuse to pay for credit monitoring that does nothing for me, or waste time sending in the monthly statements from Wyndham Resorts and Wyndham Rewards (One bill for the mortgage, one bill for the maintenance fees), I have not heard from Timeshare Compliance via phone, email, text, or regular mail.
They have not helped me, they only took my money.

I would be in the same situation as I am now, but without the credit card debt if I has just voluntarily stopped paying my Wyndham timeshare mortgage/maintenance fees.

I do not recommend using Timeshare Compliance or any other timeshare exit company. Save your money and just stop paying the mortgage if you still have one. If your timeshare is paid, sell it. If it can't/won't be sold, just stop paying the 'maintenance fees'. You'll be fine in about 7 years after they stop billing you, write a charge off on your credit report, and it eventually falls off your report.

Best advice, NEVER BUY A TIMESHARE TO START WITH!

After researching the track records of several companies, within a week of meeting with a Case Screener, I agreed to enter into an agreement with Timeshare Compliance to assist with the termination of my timeshare. I was told from the outset that the process may take multiple years to reach a resolution with the timeshare developer. I greatly appreciated the approach Timeshare Compliance takes with keeping the client informed during the process and being available and responsive to questions and concerns. The staff has always been professional, understanding, informing and responsive to me as a client. I also want to commend the efforts of the legal firm that handled the negotiation with the timeshare developer. The process was transparent. The financial commitment was explained and financing options offered. I was kept informed on new developments. Timeshare Compliance performance exceed my expectations.

Since I wrote my first review. Timeshare compliance has been very responsive and has a new company looking into our credit rating. I am please to say this new company has been very helpful.
