I purchased a timeshare unit about 20 years ago and was able to use it a total of 1 time. Unavailable when I had time to go. Had to pay to use a unit that wasn't mine. Fees constantly going up. The first unit I had was about 150 miles from my home, great. Then they were bought out by another company that moved my unit 1000 miles away, nowhere near a major city in a backwoods city no one even living in the state had heard of. They were old hotels that had no upkeep. But the notices for maintenance fees kept coming. I called TimeShare Compliance and in a short time there were able to get me out of my contract with this company. They kept me informed of their progress so I knew they were working on my issue. They are a lifesaver.

My fiance and I traveled to Hawaii shortly before our son was to be born. It was so beautiful there and we loved every single moment. One day we were invited to simply listen to a lecture about timeshares. While they promised no gimmicks and obligations to buy, they matched people with someone who they were certain would convince you to buy and that's exactly what happened. The girl played on my emotions being that I was pregnant, hormonal and more gullible than usual. Driving around Brooklyn, NY we heard a radio commercial about The Timeshare Compliance group and decided to call and see if they can help.  This was the best choice we ever made. Every person from Taylor Otto, to Ashley Munoz and everyone else were so supportive and always there to answer any of our concerns when they arised. We had nothing but pleasure dealing with them and highly recommend them to anyone that may end up in that situation. This group works diligently, as fast as they can and always send updates via emails and phone calls.

TImeshare Compliance did an excellent job for us to get out of the contract of our time share property. Everything was done as promised on time and we were always updated with each step during the process.

It was my good fortune to have met and worked with the team at Timeshare Compliance. I had owned a timeshare since 1992 and had initially enjoyed the ownership. But over the years, the maintenance fee had ballooned to a ridiculous amount and we could not easily get a reservation because the company was renting the rooms to tourists. So, after investigating many companies that claimed to be able to help me and seeking possibilities online, I learned of Timeshare Compliance. They were, from the outset, clear with how they would work to rid me of my contract, their fee and the possible term it would take to complete the project. (It took approximately 9 months, which was the time they projected.) All their paperwork and communication were forthright and professional. Their representatives were kind, courteous and always eager to answer any questions. I have been completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the experience I had with TimeShare Compliance. They were always available to me whenever I needed them. I was able to either email, call or text them at anytime. They made the whole process easy from the beginning to the end. They regularly called or emailed to give us updates regarding our case.

Timeshare Compliance helped me to remediate a situation involving a time share high pressure sales transaction. The legal team at TS Compliance walked me through the process of explaining how I was manipulated by the time share company and pressured into purchasing a time share that I did not want and could not afford. TS Compliance kept in constant contact with me during the process; they provided regular status updates, and delivered advice on how to proceed with urgency while not being overbearing. I was always able to get in contact with somebody if I had questions or concerns, and I still am able to speak with a representative due to their diligent follow up. This process was long and a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth the money to be rid of that debt, including late fees and negative credit reporting. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Timeshare Compliance, and I would definitely recommend their services for those whose time share debt far exceeds the fees charged by TS Compliance.

When we realized what a complex and costly timeshare we had signed up for we turned to
Timeshare Compliance and immediately stopped receiving notices from the timeshare and went through a lengthy process that never wavered in its forward movement. We trusted them completely. If we reached out to them for any reason they always responded promptly. We are now totally free from the timeshare. We would recommend them very highly.

Yes, this company is a bit pricey, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY. One must pay the right price for quality and TIMESHARE COMPLIANCE IS IT. I started my process with them right before Covid and even during a pandemic, I received emails from their staff and check ins. They always respond to emails and answered questions in a timely manner! With the crazy world we live in now they were still able to end my timeshare with timeliness. I had hired a previous company and their is no comparison Timeshare Compliance is worth it!

They’re team was amazing! They were prompt with returning phone calls and checked in with us during the process. In less than a year we were free of our obligation to our timeshare!

I couldn’t be happier with the performance of Time Share Compliance. During the entire process monthly updates we’re given and I was asked if I had any concerns. My dealings with them were horrible. I was passed around to about 5 different "lawyers". Finally Hilton showed me as default and transferred my deed back to them. I really don't think this company did any leg work on trying to get me out of it they just let it go into non payment. The this company called and was shocked that this happened. But said we protected your credit history, that's what we do. So I would either stay on top of them all the time or not hire them at all. I wrote another review of them a few years ago.. you might want to read their response....**Update** I received a call from Rachel at TC. I finally got to explain to her my frustrations with her company and she explained why it happened the way it did. Maybe I was the one case that didn't get handled the right way but now I understand why. So in the end Rachel made it better and we are out of the timeshare!

Timeshare Compliance was extremely helpful to us, as they were able to help us get out of our timeshare. From the day we first contacted them, we felt we were in good hands as they took the time to listen to our concerns. They were very efficient when it came to updating us on any progress being made. We fully expected this process to take awhile but with the help of Timeshare Compliance and the lawyers the entire process from first contact to hearing that we were out of our timeshare took just under a year. Overall we could not be happier with the services they provided and all of their support along the way.

Y'all did great, we had a very nice young lady help us out with updates throughout the whole thing. Good riddance to that dumb timeshare and the lousy sales meetings.
