Hi there, in 2019 I went on vacations to Cancun, Mexico and I got involved in getting a 2nd timeshare. They promised to sell the first one but it never happened. I had never gotten back the thousands of dollars of down payment. I called Timeshare Compliance and they helped me to cancel the contract. They put me in contact with an attorney that followed up my case, it took several months but it was worth it. All mail and phone calls are directed to Timeshare Compliance. I am very happy because the attorney cancelled my contract with them. The personal in Timeshare Compliance are very helpful, honest, and professional. Thank you all for your help. René

My husband and I had become very frustrated with our Time Share developer. It seemed that everything they had promised us was one lie after another. There were years that we were unable to use our time share the way we were promised. It seemed ridiculous that we were paying large maintenance fees and getting no reward for our money. Of greater concern was leaving a mess that our children would have to deal with after we were gone. Calling Time Share Compliance was a little unnerving at first, but after that first call, we felt we were in good hands. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Timeshare Compliance gave me the confidence to resist the Florida mistake I made. I was pushed into a purchase that I really did not want. Dealing with timeshare contracts that people are tricked into is a slow time consuming process. The timeshare RACKET is a BOTTOMLES MONEY PIT as the "maintenance fees" increase every year while property that you wanted to go to on vacation is "BOOKED AND NOT AVAILABLE" TIMESHARE COMPLIANCE was able to LEGALLY cancel my timeshare contract. It took over 2 years to achieve these results; 8/12/2019 until 11/22/2021 If you are patient, THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE. They will also update you on a regular basis on your case. We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the manner in which your representatives handled our account. Whenever you start to try and resolve a dispute with a company it is human nature to become defensive when trying to explain your side of the dispute. This was not the case with your representatives Ashley Munoz or Taylor Otto.
Our initial contact was with Taylor Otto. He took in our initial request for assistance with our problem.
Although it was a short introduction to your company, Taylor was patient taking all of the information needed to get us started with your company. Once Taylor had gotten our initial information we became the responsibility of Ashley Munoz.
We were looking to achieve a severance of ties with another company. We felt that we had been moved from the column of human beings to being a number on a sheet of paper. Never once have we been left hanging waiting for an answer to a question or a concern. Ashley has called us back within a very reasonable amount of time, most of the time within an hour of my email message.
If Ashley needed additional documents we were never rushed if we didn’t have them right on hand. When we would send what she had asked for Ashley would always let me know that she had received the documents and that they were exactly what she needed. We were referred to an attorney that worked with your company on a regular basis. If I had a question that was not anything that was handled by the legal department I would be referred back to your company.
We were most impressed that our issues had been dealt with in a much shorter period of time than we had anticipated. Ashley never made promises of exact time span of completion; however she would be kind and reassuring that this whole problem would be behind us as quickly as possible. We are happy to say that the email “Congratulating” us for the successful completion of resolving our problem. It was received gratefully and we felt that it would have drug on for much longer had it not been for the dedication of Ashley and your other associates that she works with.

UPDATE: Timeshare Compliance we would like to Thank you for your post.
However, it has been almost 5 months since you posted. The only notification we received is your post on Trustpilot. After attempts to contact your company for a written document showing the results, all I get is we are working on it. It still shows up on my credit report. So now it's been almost another 20 months and we are still here. I would like to Thank Rachael. She seems to be the only one who showed real interest and would explain things to us instead of the usual "we are working on it". However the last couple times I have contacted her there has been no response from her it was passed off to someone else. I hope she is doing well.

We are about to send Timeshare Compliance an anniversary card next month for 3 years of frustration. They have destroyed our credit. Yes they are still working on getting it restored with many different companies some we have had to pay (on top of the original payment we paid)others did not. None of them have been successful. This on top of the fact that we have seen no success in getting out of our Wyndham Contract. We get the standard email every so often saying they are working on it, but it takes time. They sent a letter to us to sign and send to Wyndham over the summer and it looks like we are starting all over. Wyndham is now sending us statements again, which they stopped over a year ago. Not seeing any progress. We have to contact TCS to get updates and now we have sent 2 emails requesting updates with no response not even the auto response we use to get when the email was sent. We have been told NOT to contact the lawyer many times. I have questions the Case Rep Supervisor cannot answer, but we cannot have contact with the lawyer. We were told when we signed, it would take about 18-24 months. We have been told Wyndham is difficult to work with, TCS knew that from the beginning. They have used Covid which we understand, however, we still have the internet to work with just like everyone else. We are very disappointed and frustrated with this company and feel that we tossed our money and credit rating in the trash. And thousands of dollars gone, higher interest rates on car loans, not able to take advantage of lowering interest rates on our house payments etc This looks to be the worst mistake we have ever made.

My husband and I were very pleased with this company and how they handled getting out of our timeshare. They were very professional and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. It got done in a year and 5 months which was great considering Covid. I would highly recommend Timeshare Compliance.

TC was very helpful in dissolving my timeshare. They took me every step of the way and when I had questions they were happy to help me. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We felt stuck, unable to use our timeshare the way we were promised and they got us out of it as promised. Easy, seemless and without conflict. We are very happy and would recommend this to anyone in this dilemma!

Due to the high-pressure sales people, I ended up with two timeshare contracts and the payments and maintenance fees were more than I could pay. My whole family researched how I could end this terrible situation but the more we looked, the more desperate I became. I had signed these contracts and it appeared that I as well as my children would be obligated forever!
During our searches we found numerous firms that promised to end the obligation but we were very skeptical that they would do what they claimed and I would just be further victimized and further in debt. We researched Timeshare Compliance and ended up calling their toll-free number with the whole family on conference and asking questions. We liked what we heard but were still skeptical and it seemed too good to be true that Timeshare Compliance could get me relieved of this huge troubling obligation. We visited a local attorney and was told there are very few attorneys familiar with timeshare cases and he knew of none in the area. We had several conference calls with Timeshare Compliance personnel and after much consideration and prayers to find a solution we trusted them and signed the contract.
They asked for all the contract information, correspondence, a letter explaining my purchase experience with the timeshare seller. Timeshare Compliance immediately began directing us on what steps to take regarding correspondence from the seller and we received information from the legal firm that would be representing our case. We had hoped to have the case solved sooner than later but with the Covid pandemic coming during this time it took longer than we expected but we received regular updates from Timeshare Compliance and from the legal firm throughout the entire process. They always responded promptly to answer any question we had about anything we received from the developer.
When we received their notification and confirmation letter from the property owner that I had been relieved of all further obligation it was such a relief. I am very thankful for finding and trusting Timeshare Compliance!

September 3rd, less than 12 months in a pandemic, I received freedom from a mistake I made many years ago, I was absolved of all future payments and responsibilities from my timeshare. Although, I realized within the first year that we (my family) would never be able to enjoy this property during the seasons when it made sense for certain locations, I did not understand how I could change anything because the contract was complex. My brother mentioned that he used Timeshare Compliance to resolve his time share issues a little over a year ago. So, without faith but with much hope I contacted them and just resigned myself to trying something. Now this is not the first timeshare release company I had contacted, I think it was the third, but I just wanted relief. I faithfully paid all fees and paid my “property” off within the first year, but nothing that I was told when I “purchased this non property” was true. Timeshare compliance and their attorneys explained the process, and I expected it to never go further. TS Compliance actually sent me quarterly updates about what was taking place with my account; even during the pandemic. I expected and understood that the process could be long and arduous, but in Yesterday’s update I received a CONGRATULATIONS email that showed me that I was FREE of this burden with no further actions needed. I do not post reviews unless they are meaningful (blessing from Jesus that changes my life positively) or a service that was so awful the only thing to do is to leave an honest with evidence review (if they place corrects the issue, I always remove those reviews). So this is serious and in 1 year in the midst of a pandemic TS Compliance and their Attorneys made it happen. You can trust that if you give accurate and true information you too can be removed from this unnecessary burden.

This is a four and a half stars, but it really should be 5 stars. It took a very long time for the end of my ordeal with the developers, but in all fairness, Timeshare Compliance was upfront about how long it would take and then Covid hit. I am pleased with Timeshare Compliance and their determination to get a positive outcome for their clients. Job well done!
