The yearly maintenance fee started out at 600$, and kept increasing, to the final one of 1200$, And certain it would just keep going. The salesman told sob stories to pull at your heart strings, and he and the finance people were so pushy, to the point you feel like you have to buy. Anyway… we are relieved to not have it anymore.

After years and years of dealing with maintenance fees for a timeshare we rarely used, and whose trading in other timeshare spaces was dismal, and failed attempts to “rent” out the space much less sell it (we could not give it away for free!), we sought to find a reputable firm to help us - Timeshare Compliance took us on and thoroughly and patiently walked us through the process, and then asked that we leave it to them to fight for our exit out of the timeshare. After attempts from the timeshare entity to collect maintenance fees, the Timeshare Compliance Team and attorneys mitigated and at around the 1 year mark, we finally got resolution - free and clear of our timeshare. It was such a relief burden that we no longer fear leaving to our future generations (literally, the burden shifts to them upon death!!!). Thank you Timeshare Compliance!

Thanks for removing that albatross from our shoulders. The fees kept going up and the nagging never ending. The way they wear you down..wouldn't let us talk to our financial advisor,or leave us alone to talk to each other. Great communication from TSC. It was a pleasure experience with Timeshare Compliance from beginning to end. This timeshare was a very big burden on me and I’m happy that I trusted in timeshare compliance to help relieve this burden for me. They offer results just like they say they do!!

I remember our initial call with Timeshare Compliance, the gentleman had us look at reviews of the company. I went directly to the "1 Star" reviews and he said, "of course you would", then began to explain these were "difficult" cases and assured us ours was not. It has now been almost 3 years and there has been no resolution to our case. We were told it would take "about a year" to complete. My husbands credit is trashed. Wyndham is still sending delinquent statements. We were told they would protect our credit. Come to find out - thats an additional cost! We get canned (auto) responses from the legal team every 3 months or so saying they are still working on our case and it takes time. They use the Covid card as an excuse for delay, however we started this in June 2019 (pre-covid). We are at a loss. We need resolutions, not excuses.

The nightmare is finally over!! After an approximate year-long journey with TSC we have found peace. At first, we were skeptical as many of you may also be. We reached out to other companies as well but the service and reviews from the others did not match up to that of TSC. It was a little pricey but compared to the amount of money we would continue to pay throughout the years with our timeshare it was nowhere close so it really is worth it! Once we got on board they were very good with answering our emails and calls for whatever concern we had. There were few delays because of the holiday season and COVID but that was expected and told to us upfront. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and fortunately for us, it was all done in a timely manner. I would advise anyone who truly wants to get out of their timeshare for proper reasons to go with TSC, they are honorable and do great work. They get the job done!!

We are grateful to Timeshare Compliance for helping us cancel our timeshare contract. We were guided through every step of the process with clear and concise explanation. Communication was very timely and any questions or concerns on our part were promptly addressed in a professional manner. Our credit was not at all affected and we were able to exit our timeshare obligation in less than one year! It is wonderful to finally say goodbye to monthly payments and escalating maintenance fees for a timeshare we were never able to use.

We are pleased with the results that TSC was able to obtain for us. Their services were kind of pricy but compared to the money we would have kept putting into that vacation plan over the years, it was worth it. We had been struggling to keep up with payments for our vacation plan. We didn’t even use the plan that often. We kept seeing the advertisement about this company freeing people from their vacation plan; so we decided to call. We weren’t sure if we should trust them or not but we decided we would.
TSC came through! It took a year, but they did what they said they would do. They told us up front that it could possibly take a year to eighteen months. We didn’t have to pay anything on the vacation plan the entire time. That was such a relief. We were updated on the progress each quarter.
This company that we had our vacation plan with just kept bleeding us for more money. They would offer promotional getaways to fabulous locations on them and we would still have to pay as much as up to $300.00 sometimes. They would wine and dine us and make us feel like we were near royalty.
When it came time to talk about upgrading if you say “no” you see the real motive surface. They treat you like nobodies then. We even had one agent walk away from us before we finished. Even when you do upgrade they kind of disappear from support once you exit the interview. If you need to speak to someone after you get home you don’t reach your “agent”. You might get one call back with more promises. After that you are on your own, never to connect with that agent again.
I’m grateful that we made the decision to call TSC. We no longer have that frustration of the vacation plan. If you’re looking for a way out of your greedy vacation plan company you may want to consider making a call to TSC.

We would like to thank Timeshare Compliance for their amazing service to get us relieved from our timeshare agreement. From the beginning we had an agent assigned to us and had a very detailed conversation where the agent gathered all the information regarding our experience from the day 1 onwards. It was very detailed that they even asked us the time we went in till time we came out, what our developers promised and what was not delivered. They made us ensure we went through all of the reviews they have received from other clients before we make any commitment.

We went through the cost and payment plan that works for us on the day 1 and within few days we received the agreements for eSignature. They kept us informed throughout the process and every update was shared with us. It was definitely hassle free process unlike with the developers.

Best thing about Timeshare compliance was how quickly we got out of the commitment. It only took us less than a year about 6months. I highly recommend Timeshare Compliance to anyone looking to be released from their timeshare obligation. I was skeptical of the process initially because I read many reviews about poor experiences. From the very beginning I was told about the process and urged to be patient because it can take some time. I can only speak from the perspective of someone who "owned" the timeshare and had no monthly mortgage, only the dreaded annual maintenance fees.

Once committed to the process, I was assigned a representative that I could contact with questions along the way. I was also urged to send all correspondence received from my timeshare company (i.e. bills, late notices, collection letters) to Timeshare Compliance via email so they could be added to my file.

After several months I received a letter from my timeshare company that I was released from any future obligation to them. This was a great day and considered mission accomplished.
