Timeshare Compliance was able to relieve us from our ownership of a timeshare we became involved with several years ago. We received an offer for a stay of several days in a resort and attended a mandatory session which painted a rosie picture of timeshare ownership. We were not able to use it as presented. I reached out to get some information about Timeshare exiting. The initial person who I answered questions with named Kendall was great and professional. I then spoke with a manager named Larry who was also professional and advised me of my next steps. I scheduled a Zoom call and the day of the call a person named Taylor called and said his Zoom was not working and asked if we could re-schedule. I advised that I was on a tight schedule and I allotted 1 hr for the call. He then asked if he could call back in 20 minutes and I said okay. I work from home and received a call from my client so when Taylor finally called back, he asked if I saw his missed call 10 minutes ago and now his time will be cut short. How rude of him. As he was complaining, I asked now that we are on the call can we move forward with the information. He was speaking to me about how we were being financially raped and how much we would be paying over 10 years. As I had him on speaker, he stopped talking to me and started referring to my partner to answer a question and dismissing me all together. I lost my appetite to do anything with this company and if this is how they train people to bully you into making a decision to work with them, then I didn't need to get involved anyway.

My experience with this company has not been good . Lack of communication once they got my $3500 . Still waiting for a resolution since 2018 . Very unhappy 😡

I was told it would take 6 months to finish everything up. It took a lot longer than 6 months. COVID was part of the problem but lack of communication was the other. In the end it all worked out.

I am so thankful we called Timeshare Compliance. We were so frustrated with our timeshare developer. Everything they promised was one lie after another and the maintenance fees kept getting higher. We contacted another company to help us get out of our timeshare only to have them take our money and never hear from them again. Calling Timeshare Compliance was a little unnerving at first, but after we talked to them we felt we were in good hands. They assigned an agent who would regularly call or email us to give us updates. They also gave us a phone number and email address to contact them with any questions we had. They were always very professional and always available whenever I needed them. Timeshare Compliance did an excellent job and we were so relieved to hear that they were able to cancel our contract for our timeshare. I highly recommend Timeshare Compliance to anyone looking to be released from their Timeshare obligations.

The representation of Timeshare Compliance is appreciated! As with processes of recovery or cancellation resolutions… it takes time. What became supportive were explanations and expectations communicated ahead of time. During the wait time, periodic communication and updates were received. It took a goooooood minute to be released from the contract (partly due to the pandemic), much patience was required but we are pleased it finally happened.

We were having issue with our time share and were looking to sell it or get out of it. Time share compliance was able to help us meet our goal of being done with dealing with our time share. Though it took longer than initially stated, which I recall being 1yr it took about 18 months. Regardless it is done and over with and I don’t cringe when it comes to paying maintenance fees, why because I no longer have to throw money away and get to spend on other things in life.
I highly recommend using this company to resolve timeshare issues. Cost was that if one or two maintenance fees. Defiantly worth the money spent, peace of mind and not having added stress of time share is worth it

We are very grateful to Timeshare Compliance because they helped us get out of our timeshare legally. The only reason for 4 stars is that the lawyer we were connected with via Timeshare Compliance was sometimes slow to respond to us.

The title says its all. I called Timeshare Compliance in Feb 2020. I am still getting bills from Wyndham every month, with late fees adding up to more than when I started this process. I get quarterly emails from Timeshare Compliance saying basically the same thing; process takes time...be patient...same **** , different day. My credit is ok, only because I'm super careful. But I still can't get loans easily because my debt to income ratio is too high - because the balance for my Wyndham timeshare is there and growing. I've stopped paying for their credit repair service because it made no difference essentially. I've also stopped sending copies of the monthly timeshare contract and maintenance bills, because, why? Again, no obvious results from sending it on. I think, my opinion, is that if you just stop paying your timeshare bills, the result will be eventually the same. Let ya know in 3 years!

If you find yourself stuck in a timeshare because you were manipulated into it during a vulnerable time in your life like I was, I strongly recommend Timeshare Compliance. I was skeptical at first, and read through numerous reviews and several agencies that guaranteed they could get you out of your timeshare. But after having my first virtual meeting with a representative from Timeshare Compliance I was struck by their candidness about their process and cost. They don't mince words and they don't promise the impossible, which I respected. After thinking about it, I decided that although not cheap, if successful, I would still save a huge amount of money by getting out of the timeshare and felt that it was worth trying over another agency. I want anyone reading this review to know that you have to be patient, for me it felt like long stretches of time went by without any obvious progress, but Timeshare Compliance was always working towards getting me out of my timeshare. They also send email updates semi-regularly even if things are in a holding pattern. Ashley was really great, and never seemed to mind if I just asked her about any updates/progress, but I strongly suggest keeping these kinds of update requests at a minimum so that they can focus on getting you out of your timeshare rather than spending a ton of time replying to update requests. Again, you are going to feel like things aren't moving very quickly, but if you are patient and let the process run its course I am confident that you will be very happy in the end like I am.

Timeshare Compliance completed the process of getting us out of out timeshare contract. While it was a long process (as they stated up front it would be) it was well worth the wait. We are now free of the balance of the original cost of the timeshare, and also the yearly maintenance fees. Timeshare Compliance kept us informed throughout the process with information as to where we were in the process and with any issues we needed to be aware of or to take action on. They also responded within 24 hours or lesss to any questions we had. The partners of theirs we utilized to monitor our credit in relation to the legal action did a wonderful job of keeping us informed and acting in a timely manner to remove a bad report from the timeshare company.
