I was very apprehensive at first but after several initial conversations with Timeshare Compliance representatives I felt confident that they could get us out of our timeshare. There was always a Timeshare person on the end of the line to reassure or review the information they needed from me. The process was time consuming and patience is needed. But there was always someone we could reach out to reassure us on how things were going.

I really cant thank this group enough. The process was dragged out because of the COVID shut down but someone always reached out to me every few months to ensure everything was still on track. That was so important to me as I worried about how COVID would impact the process. I communicated with several individuals and every time they were polite, professional, and helpful. I was released of all obligations a couple months ago. During the process my credit took a downturn and that really had me nervous. Ive never had credit issues before this but now my credit is almost back to normal. There will be lots of waiting as legal matters take time and there will be moments of worry. Just be patient and email them if you have questions. I am so happy to have found TSC; they relieved me of so much anxiety and frustration. I would highly recommend them for any timeshare assistance!

LACK OF COMMUNICATION
I am very disappointed and wonder if l was duped by Jennifer Hudson from Compliance Timeshare Reclaim who promised to get me out of timeshare. She communicated with me very well when l was completing the forms and paying legal fees. From August 2022 l have received no communication or update of my application

From the time we were contacted by Timeshare Compliance till the time we got out of our obligation our experience has been handled with the utmost transparency and forthrightness. Timeshare compliance gave us a time period they thought it would take, the communicated with us regularly and most importantly got us out of the timeshare. We really appreciate their help in freeing us from this burden.

I have 3 years that I made a contract with this company, and they have not solved anything, they never give me information, I feel cheated.

The process is very long, I was not compensated for my time, but overall I am happy to be free from them. It still shows on your credit score, that is a whole other process that needs to be better improved for customers.

They were true to their words of getting you out of the timeshare. It took awhile a little over a year but that burden has lifted off of me. I thank them for everything that they did to resolve this issue. I recommend this company to anyone whom are looking to get rid of that timeshare. Timeshare compliance was helpful and true to their word in helping my mother get out of her timeshare. It wasn't super fast and did cost us money, but they did the job and we are very thankful.

Timeshare Compliance was very forthcoming in what to expect. It took a little over a year to finalize the transaction of relieving us of our timeshare. They answered all of my questions and helped when I was unable to get a response from the law firm. All in all, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for help with getting out of their timeshare.

I was skeptical of using any company to get out of my timeshare. i read lots of reviews and chose Timeshare Compliance. My biggest concern was my credit as i need to help my children with college and loans and could not afford to lose my credit score. I was. assured that if I pay this additional money and use their credit company i would be ok. Well it’s been a year - i show a deed in lieu of
foreclosure and have taken a huge credit hit. I complained and was told they would
reimburse me for the money i spent and they would take care of the credit. I was
told there was a check in the mail. It has now been over a month since a check was mailed ? - no
check — I am promised they would fix my credit with a new company - they would call me - nope nothing. !!!! i call almost every day and speak
to a Gabby - she tells me she understands and will call me
right back !!!! She has NEVER called me back. I feel just as scammed as the timeshare itself. Don’t use this company!!! I will be providing social media reviews and contacting a lawyer !!!!

today from Rachel. She has promised to take care of this for my husband and I and make it right. I will continue to update.

The office of Timeshare Compliance helped me tremendously in unburdening myself of a timeshare that didn’t honor its contract after it was taken over by another company. It was a lengthy and drawn out process but we prevailed in the end. Timeshare Compliance kept to their word and got us out of our timeshare debacle. Within 19 months, during which time we didn't have to make any payment to the timeshare, they got us a resolution that canceled our timeshare.
