Beware of this company. It is a black hole they take your money and then do not contact you. I thought I would be out of my timeshare by now. They guaranteed a timeframe and it is way passed that timeframe

The experience was quite painless in order to get rid of timeshare. The representatives for Time Share compliance were knowledgeable, and guided me through the process with ease! I entered a contract with Timeshare Compliance in May, 2018. Last contact update I got was April 2021. It’s now September 2023, I have left 4 messages in the last 4 weeks and never got a phone call or email back. I spent a lot of money and paid for 2 lawyers to get out of my time shares, and 5 years later I have no clue what the status is.

Time share compliance assured us they could get our time share canceled in 18 months or less. We based our decision to use them on their assurance. They were not the cheapest but actually the most expensive. So after 18 months we canceled our agreement but the turned us into a collection agency to force payment for services they did not provide.

My experience was not bad I finally got a resolution. Timeshare compliance did everything to remove my obligation and fulfilled what they said they would release my timeshare obligation.

When we were looking for help trying to end this deal with a Big Timeshare Company, I did some research online and your name popped up a few times. I contacted you guys, and you told me up front that it may take some time to resolve this matter. Well, let me tell you 5 years later we are done and happy. Every 6 months or so I would ask for updates- sometimes no news and other times a full report. In my opinion it was money well spent.

I am satisfied with my experience with Time Share Compliance. While it was expensive, it was far more expensive to continue with a time share that continued to raise its maintenance fees and that as I got older, would not be using very often. Also, my children were not interested in the time share and I did not want to burden them with it. TSC responded to me when I contacted them.

I had a wonderful experience working with Timeshare Compliance to get released from my timeshare. It was a dream come true to not worry or be stressed about making the monthly payment and paying yearly maintenance fees that would continue to go up. The agents were professional and guided me throughout the process. They were very clear with explaining the process and it was consistent with what they said from day one. They told me there were times when I wouldn't hear from them and there may be long periods when we were waiting from responses from the timeshare company. Sometimes I wondered is this really possible, but it was and I'm so thankful I am free from the contract. Although it was costly, I was thankful to have a monthly plan set up so I didn't have to pay for everything up front before starting the process. It took less than two years, but it was over 15 months and after being released it took awhile to get the official release letter. I am so thankful and if you are looking to get out of something similar you should definitely reach out to them.

My experience has been disappointing to say the least. The promises that was made to us was not true or followed through with. My credit has taken a hit as their advise was to stop paying on the timeshare and the credit repair company they referred you to would ensure noting would go onto your credit report and the timeshare company would close out my account. Not true at all, and now I can’t reach them, the credit repair company, and the attorney they turn you on to does absolutely nothing for 90 days and the generic letter they supposedly send says nothing. All of the three requires up front payments and for doing what. This is the closest thing to a scam that I have ever experienced.

Our experience with TSC was a positive one. The contact person that introduced herself to us was there every step of the way. She returned every email I sent to her and explained how things were going step by step. Best company to use to help you get out of a Timeshare nightmare.

Don't expect any communication from them! It's like pulling teeth. They provide you with a payment plan to resolve your challenges, but they are the worst... I've yet to receive a statement, and when I dared at request one, I was told that although they appreciate my on time payments, the completion of this process by the attorney has nothing to do with our payment arrangements with TC... I said... I didn't ask you when it would be over, I asked for a breakdown of what we have paid to date and what our balance it... I'm ready to send them to the BBB for poor financially responsible practices... Save yourself the $16,000 and just risk it. They've done ZERO for us in almost two years... our credit wasn't destroyed contrary to what they stated... Just a big dark hole and they're collecting on the back end. SCAM!

My first experience with TSC I was skeptical because so many others had contacted me in regards to my timeshare. Kya Anderson and James Goodman had wonderful people skills and were able to make me feel at ease with using TSC. When I explained how I even signed up for the timeshare, no one made me feel bad. I told them I didn't want a timeshare and that I was just taking advantage of the 3 nights stay at the time for $99. (After repeated phone calls, I gave in.)
During my stay I was told I just had to see a short presentation. I decided during the presentation that I did not need a timeshare since I already own my travel business and said "anyway I couldn't pay anything over $250 a month. I was told I qualified for it!
TSC contacted me and reviewed my contract. They found out I was not eligible for the location in Tahiti, which is the only reason I pulled the trigger. The process to get released was seamless for me. They handled everything! Whenever I called with and inquiry my questions were answered and they even helped me obtain a company to help get my credit back on straight. I would highly recommend TSC to anyone who need to be released from a timeshare contract.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first but after getting consistent feedback from the company, my wife and I suddenly became confident everything would be well.
