Horrible!!! Been trying to get out of 2 timeshares for over 4 yrs now!! My timeshare is still contacting me and we haven't heard a peep from timeshare compliance in over 2 yrs! I'm having my lawyer look into getting my money back. Horrible to be taken advantage of not once but twice! Once for the original timeshare scam and 2nd by timeshare compliance.

When we signed up to get out of our timeshare the man told us it could be 8 months. I was surprised then that it would take so long. I just read horrible reviews of taking 5 years or more!! I called the customer service and wrote them an email explaining my frustration because I wasn't getting reports quarterly and because I was sending evidence my timeshare was still contacting me. The email bounced back because I sent it to my representative. No one told me she left the company or who the new representative was. This is the end of July. The last update I got was in January!!! I just read a bunch of reviews calling this company SCAMMERS. I am starting to believe it. It's breaking my heart that I'm losing money on the time share (lost) and now I'm losing my money trying to get out of that time share. I would like some positive information about the status of my account, but I get, "they are still working on it."

So I’ve been with timeshare compliance now for four years. Never get anything for updates if I want an update I have to call them and then I don’t get much information back besides them letting me know that they’re working on it. The last few times I’ve called them they advised me to quit paying my mortgage and maintenance fees that it would make the process go quicker. Which I hope is true because I’m getting tired of paying my timeshare all this money For the last four years and not being able to do anything with it per the contract with timeshare compliance. Just read an older post saying that they have a service they offer to help you with your credit after you quit paying, but that’s also something you gotta pay for separate on top of what you have to pay timeshare compliance for. I would think if they’re advising you to screw up your credit by stopping payments that that should be included in their service.

I judge a company on it's word and performance. My case has lasted years, YEARS, though I was told it would be 18 months. Paid in full. But no one has completed the contract. If I hired a landscaper to do my home, paid them in full, and, after years, still didn't have the job done (no matter what the excuse), what would you rate them? If I could give a negative star, I would.

I think this is as big of a scam as the timeshares companies. My cancellation process was started December 2022. The lawyer was paid March 2023. We were told that the C&D letter would be sent in 30-90 days. I kept asking for updates so in November, I was told the C&D letter was sent July 28 2023. I was also told I would get quarterly updates. I hadn't heard anything since November so I reached out yesterday. Now I'm being told the letter was sent Nov 17 2023. My process started in December, so for 1 year NOTHING was done. I was also told that the lawyer gives the developer (timeshare company) several months to respond. I am still getting billing statements from the timeshare company with late fees attached to the payment. It's been almost 1 1/2 years and nothing has been resolved. I'm being told to be patience and wait several more months which will bring this to 2 years. This is as bad as the timeshare company saying the presentation will take 45 minutes and they keep you for 5 hours. I was told my timeshare would be cancelled and 1 1/2 years later NOTHING!! Just a waste of money that they won't refund!!

Timeshare Compliance did what they promised. They were able to retract our contract. Even through Covid they handled our case diligently. They are responsive, professional, and impromptu.

You owe me almost $7000. I’ve been waiting since October, when you told me it would be 60-90 days. In January you told me it would be Feb 9.

Well I’m here to say that the whole process didn’t go very well it took a little longer than the 3 years that I was told it was going to take to rid my timeshare. But over all it got done I’m so glad to have that monkey off my back .. Timeshare Compliance did what they had to do, I will never in the rest of my life get into that kind of jam again. It’s off my credit report and my scores are in the low 800s Thank you Timeshare Compliance 😚

The company went above and beyond what I expected. They were very timely and kept us informed throughout the process. They were able to get us out of the doomed timeshare experience. I would highly recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Timeshare compliance did what they said they would do...the timeshare is cancelled the timeshare however has not told the people in some of their other entities known as the CLUB.. that we no longer owned any part of the timeshare... eventually we figure the right hand will let the left hand know what happened... Good people friendly and compassionate they listen and got the best outcome for us.. just waiting for the club to get the message from the vacation peeps.... started this in March 2023 gone by August... Repeated inquiries to the developer's timeshare staff went unresolved; namely not combining each of our upgrades, but rather treating the three separately, causing us to have three individual mortgages, maintenance fees, taxes, etc. Timeshare Compliance - Carlsbad Law Group attacked all three aspects until the liability was canceled.

We signed up with Timeshare Compliance nearly 3 years ago to help us get out of our impulse timeshare. We did what was asked and paid their fees, which were about half the cost of the original timeshare. We were told most timeshares get released in about a year’s time. Again- for us it has been nearly 3! I keep hanging on, wanting to trust the process, but I don’t even get updates!!! We have no idea what is happening, where we are in the process, what in God’s name is taking so long, and what to expect next. I’m still getting certified letters from our TS company and I dutifully forward them as requested but never hear anything from compliance. I have left emails and have tried reaching someone over the phone but either can’t reach anyone or I get the same generic responses to my questions. And by that I mean I don’t get answers at all… simply stating that based on your communications it looks like you’ll be released soon. EVERY TIME. Then nothing. Same letters for over a year! No change. So now my credit is in the crapper with no end in sight or hope of resolving this. I’m defeated and lost and continue to get zero help from this company who we thought were the best based on our research before we went ahead and tried to work with them. Take my advice and run. Don’t trust them. Maybe look into a local lawyer who can direct you better on where to take your money and time if you want out of your TS.

We are very happy that Timeshare Compliance was able to get us out of our timeshare. It did take a long time, as they said it could, but it was worth the wait. They kept us informed as to what was happening and they were also in contact with the attorney. They were easy to work with. We are not going to buy a timeshare again. You pay a lot of money for them and then when you want to book something, especially if it's a more popular destination, we always would hear that there was no availability.

I can’t say this was a fast and easy process since I am not from the technology age group. However, I found help and was able to get needed correspondence from my timeshare to them in a timely manner. I had two timeshares and a bunch of points. I wasn’t sure what to do with. I was paying yearly maintenance fees on each of them which were astronomical cost. And when I used one there was still more money needed for taxes and other stuff. They still wanted (demand) you to attend a presentation with high pressure to buy more. My advice is to keep your money and choose where you wanna go and pay for the hotel yourself - it will be cheaper in the long run. timeshare compliance did a great job and I am now free of yearly, maintenance fees. I think for people get confused as they think it’s gonna happen real fast, it is a slow process and you just have to be patient. It will work, it worked for me. I would definitely recommend them for anybody. That’s feeling being overwhelmed with timeshares will disappear.

This was a very smooth transition from start to finish. While things moved very fast, the staff that we dealt with, made sure we understood what was going, what to expect next and took their time to explain questions we had. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get us to sign. I would highly recommend Timeshare Compliance

Timeshare Compliance handled the dissolution of our timeshare ownership in a professional manner. The communication was great from both the legal team and the account managers. We felt like all the expectations were well communicated. This was by no means a quick process but it certainly was worthwhile! I highly recommend this company.

So after looking for a company to handle my timeshare exit, I went with TSCompliance. I turned down 2 other companies based on what I saw in reviews. Spoke with James Goodman. Assured me they were the best. They would handle everything. handed me off after some delays on my end. (I admit my faults!) need to really check them before I send the 2500.00 dollars.
Then the handed me off to MXM LEGAL. Here is were it goes downhill. James and TS Compliance have now handed me off and like a car dealer, I'm not their problem anymore till they want the balance I will owe them as agreed before this Breech. Never heard from TSC as of now. Erin Monge from MXM Legal takes over. I sent them 950.00 as agreed, and they got started. After many emails and updates, I send them months go by. I finally called and got Erin on the phone. I asked what was happening. She replies "I sent out a letter back in June did you get it?" NO! I did not. What was it? Oh, the letter to Hilton to Stop calls and letters and that MXM is legally representing me. A time-sensitive letter they needed back and signed to send out. While on the phone with Erin we located it in junk mail. By now I'm heated. You didn't think to call me and follow up on a time-sensitive matter? Call me. email me to check Junk mail because it can happen. She admits on a recorded line yeah, "I should have called you. I dropped the ball"
I've asked for a return from MXM of half my money. They declined.
I've asked Time Share Compliance for half my money back since the Legal team they use failed to meet their obligations to me. Irresponsible and didn't care.
Friday's response as of 10/6/23 was a Docusign letter to sign and send back terminating our agreement BUT they don't want to refund me any money. How terrible of them.
This is all happening because TSC and MXM both failed to help me. Both failed to do as they agreed. This is how they really treat people that maybe I'm just low-hanging fruit they don't care about. So I will report them and continue to share my story and experience on social media and the BBB.
