Well, what can I say?
A lady called Catherine could be more helpful, even if she tried
I’ve made a mistake when ordering a pair of barstools instead of counter stools which are slightly smaller in height which we were trying to match up with someone else we got from another company that went bust while we were in the process of purchasing them.
So looked online found Tide who had a small Small discount code as well, which was handy.
Somehow I pressed the wrong button and order the tallest stools by mistake anyway once I realised that I messaged them back if it was possible to pick up an exchange and I couldn’t believe it the help and the service has been brilliant even though it was my error.
I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough as there are so many out there these days who don’t want to know after the event of purchased but this company certainly have gone above and beyond
Catherine mention she must be a big asset to this company.
